Updating my review from 5 stars to 1: The Owner of The Store Hates when you use Coupons.
The day after Milton, I come in to order dinner. A lot of people are trying to clip coupons wherever they can because inflation is crazy and after paying for extra expenses due to the hurricane.
Some people don't have much of a choice because much of the town has no power, and a hot meal is hard to come by. This OWNER of the store doesn't support his local community by at the very least honoring his coupons he sends out to people's homes.
I ordered 2 burgers, a large fry, 4 piece chicken basket, a medium milkshake, and a medium mixer. My total was just over $40. IMO, this is already a very high price for fast food. With my coupons, it made my order just over $30. This is still a high price for what I ordered. While I was ordering, I was telling the lady I had a coupon for a dollar off this item, etc. Mind you, I have used coupons at this location many times before with no issue. The coupons were sent to my house. I live nearby. They told me they would take the coupons off my order when I got to the window. I pull up and hand them my coupons like normal, and they tell me you can't "stack" coupons. I had not stacked any coupons. I only used 1 coupon for each food item. I didn't try and use more than one coupon for one food item. (Stacking coupons) they finally bring the OWNER of the store over, and he says he doesn't want my coupons and wanted to refuse service to me because I was using coupons. I offered to pay for each item individually. He said NO and started to stomp around, saying he never wanted to let anyone use a coupon in his store again and that I had ruined it for everyone.
Some may say I must have said or did something to set him off. No. This is exactly what happened.
Really? Mind you, I was very polite about it. I tried to find a compromise. It doesn't say on the coupon that I can only use 1 coupon per person per day. I'm kinda sad as I used to talk about how awesome my Culver location is. I have even tipped the employees before.
If you don't want to let people use coupons, you should stop sending them to my house.

Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews and I don’t review very often but I had to share my experience. A few friends and I decided to have Culvers for a quick dinner, we’re not from the area and are only in town for a few days so we wanted something close to our air bnb. We didn’t ask for much, I ordered some pretzel bites and my friends ordered a kids meal and cheese curds. I noticed our food was taking a moment, it wasn’t until after 15-20 minutes that my pretzel bites finally arrived but we were still waiting on my friends’ orders. I thought the pretzel bites came with salt (the location in my hometown serves them with salt so I’m not sure if that’s standard for every location) and my friend asked the front for salt. She told me that the staff were a little rude about the request, and she had to get the salt herself next to the soda station (which isn’t that much of a big deal). After I had finished my meal, my friends still had yet to receive their orders, about 30 minutes had passed by this time. An employee had come up and asked about their orders and they waited about 5 minutes after speaking with her to finally receive their supposed food. It was the wrong order. We sent it back, and as we waited for the correct food, we had several employees ask about it and didn’t get the correct order until another 10 minutes. I understand it being busy and orders taking long or being messed up (trust me I understand), but my local Culvers is a much busier location and I’ve personally never had any issues there. We waited nearly an hour for a kids meal and some cheese curds. Maybe the staff should be trained better. I will say that two employees made this experience much better, those two being Karlie and Kaylie. They were both extremely sweet and incredibly caring of the situation. They were honestly the best part...
Read moreOrdered $25 worth of food. It was not busy but fact I was the only customer in the drive through. The lady forgot my concrete mixers then comes out with a overflow melted concrete mixer and the other mixer. She then hands me the sticky overflow mixer to me and it drips all over my vehicles interior. Then asks if napkins would help. Huh yah.... The concrete mixer melted because they couldn't find cheese cake pieces and instead of remaking the other mixer they brought it out and served it anyways. By the time I got home 10 minutes away it was a shake. The service has been getting worst and worst. St. Augustine's location never has problems like they do here. I will not return. I have given you chance after chance and you still have not corrected your problems. If I could post photos I would. And who has to advertise theat they are LGBTQ friendly. What were you not at one time. Just saying. Might want to work on your internal problems. Update. You contacting me on here to inform me to contact your corporate headquarters and inform them on how you can improve your restaurant? Why I just contacted you the owner to fix your issues. If you have costumers telling you the issues at your establishment and all you do is direst them to someone other than you is a joke. Obviously you do not care on your guests experience at your culver's. That is why I will not return to your culver's. You have taken no direct acts to fix or even address your employees of the feed back you receive from them. You have responded to all the complaints the same. But yet if your corporate team was heading the issues ... They would...
