Has Always Been My Go To Fast Food For Their California Al Pastor Burritos And Al Pastor Fries But A New Lady On The Night Shift Has Driven Me Insane Not Once But Twice. First Time She Was Trying To Charge Me Almost 40$ For Just Two Orders Of Carne Asada Fries But Cause I Was Switching The Carne Asada With Al Pastor She Was Charging Me Extra. I’ve Never Been Charged Extra, Not At The Costco One Nor The Cathedral City One. I Walked Away Upset. A Week Has Gone By And Decided To Give Them The Benefit Of The Doubt So I Went Again Just Now And The Same Lady Messed Up My Order, I Asked For Two Simple California Burritos With Al Pastor And Another With Chicken And She Was Confused. She Was Charging Me For A Third One Of Asada Which Never Did I Mention. She Was Confused On If I Said California Or Regular And Still Kept Pushing The Third Burrito. I Clearly Made It More Clear Than Water That I Wanted Just Two Cali Burritos And I Get Home To A Surprise Of Just Two Regular Burritos. Smh. Really Disappointed At This Point. I Wont Mind Driving The Extra Mile To Cathedral City If That Means Better Service. “Cashier 13”...
Read moreI haven't been to this place in years because the last time my food was something out of Fear Factor. Greasy, soggy, and rancid. I have been craving carne asada fries for a couple of weeks, but was reluctant due to the previous experience. The fries were between raw and cooked! As if the temperature of the oil was too high, cooking only the outside of each fry. I know my request wasn't outlandish and if I needed to wait longer I would have, but no, another bad experience at this place. Maybe I'll try again in a couple years...definitely getting...
Read moreTraveling from out of town, we wanted to try local places. We were excited to try but bland food at high prices with poor service is what we got. Should have stuck with In and Out.
Birria meat was soggy, not texture or flavor. Burritos, enchiladas drenched in sauce.
While dining in the restaurant, they started mopping with an a ratio of Fabuloso that killed any sense of taste or smell. I asked if she wouldn’t mind waiting to mop in our area until we were done. I received a reply that she had a schedule to keep. Thanked her and rapidly finished our meal so we could leave.
Don’t know why we thought we bothered to ask for boxes but we did. Met with more attitude and should have just left...
