You guys need to get it together. With the price of your drinks I think you’re more than capable of hiring and scheduling more than 1 employee at the same time. Last time I checked it was illegal to have only one employee in a store by themselves at all times especially at night. This is a constant battle with all of your locations in the desert. It takes forever to get a drink. The drinks are never consistent. They’re always understaffed. I just came to this location only to wait at the counter for 5 mins before the only employee that was working came out of the bathroom with a sourpuss miserable looking face. Walks up to the register. Doesn’t acknowledge that I’m there doesn’t say Hello doesn’t smile just walks right up to take my order. I look at her and I say hi loudly and she gives me the rudest look like she can’t believe I would say hi to her like that . How about you just do your job. It’s really not that hard . You guys really need to get your act together. I come to your place at least two or three times a week. I don’t deserve this treatment or service with the money I give to your business. If you’re in a rush don’t come. The drinks are great BUT you will be here for half an hour waiting for your order. I’ve been here twice and both times there has only been one person working. I used the APP the second time and when I showed up my order wasn’t ready. There was one person working, two people on a table waiting for their orders, and three people in line waiting to order. I placed my order at 3:15 and arrived at 3:25. I was told my order had “a pick up time of 3:30 and there were still orders ahead of mine” so I could wait. I didn’t receive my order until 3:42. I’ve come here twice and disappointed both times! They really need to send someone in and teach them how to make an açaí bowl. I don’t want a whole bowl of açaí and very little of everything else. In addition, supposed to have almond slices in it and none! I said NO bananas 3x and still got bananas. Literally, zero common sense. PAY ATTENTION WHEN TAKING THE ORDER!!!
