Just went through the drive thru, unfortunately our order came out incorrect and when we got home and realized we didn’t get what we ordered, I contacted the store and let them know of the mistake. We ordered a chicken salad, my husband changed his mind and wanted a chicken CAESAR salad with a side of ranch. The girl who said she was in charge when I called, was the one that took our order, she decided to give us a chicken breast salad with no ranch on the side and caesar dressing inside. Not at all what we asked for, so on the phone she let me know of the order SHE put in, which again wasn’t what we asked for. Usually they’ll own up to their mistake and offer a replacement as long as you can come in. I wasn’t expecting a refund, just for what I ordered. She said there was nothing she could do because what we ordered isn’t what she put down on the ticket, but that wasn’t our mistake. That was hers. So she decided to input something we didn’t ask for, we paid, and when confronted she decides not to correct her mistake? She offered us 10% off the next time we come in. I’m sorry but why would I risk coming in again if my next order might come out wrong? I truly hope nobody else has this issue, just be aware and check ALL your food before leaving so this doesn’r happen as they don’t care to correct...
Read more1/10/19 Shortly after the holidays and I set out on a mission to drop $250 on gift cards. I'd tried two other establishments prior to Goodys Cafe and the one prior to good actually won my social challenge. I did this at four other food places as well. The first Goodys let me walk out the door completely because they didn't have gift cards at all. They literally haven't replenished their supplies since Christmas. I really like Goodys so I went to another location to give them a shot. Now back to my experiment. I walked into each establishment and requested $50 worth of gift cards. I was looking to see if any of them would offer me anything considering how much I was getting in gift cards. A drink a coupon? Anything that would invite me back into your establishment. Sad to say second Goodys had gift cards but no offer at all. You could have had a additional $200 by a kind gesture. Maybe I should rethink where I spend my money. I recommend you all the time. One of the companies I work for buys lunch from you at least once a week. I used to frequent Goodys on my lunch break at my other job but I go to buy GC and it makes me change my perspective. Nobody knows anything there is 0 management. Don't believe me? next time ask to speak with the manager or a supervisor or a shift lead and they will tell you we don't have any of that. If you want anything resolved you have to call the owner. Now I don't know but if I was the owner I would be pretty irritated If somebody called me on Sunday afternoon over a dollar. Please pay attention to your bill the prices you see are not the prices you will pay. And when you bring it up, They say we change our menus and prices all the time, And yet they don't change it on menu. They don't want to refund you. I got two milkshakes and I got over charged me by a dollar. They refused to refund me even though I pointed out point blank the menu is less than what I was charged.
