, they can't never get your order right. I used to go there a lot now why I don't go there anymore. I don't know if it's the crew that they're hiring. Or, maybe it's management, or maybe it's all of the above. they won't admit when they screw something up or try to apologize or do something to make sure that the customer keeps coming back you know like maybe since they screwed your order up when you have to wait 10-15 minutes more than what you already waited I given a small fry or an apple pie or something simple a little simple gesture will go a long way. Companies get so big that they neglect customer service. They need to have programs and place to help with customer service. Maybe have a score system that if you don't get a certain score you don't get a bonus or give some sort of incentive to reward the ones that really push customer service get customer compliments and hold the ones that get customer complaints accountable. Read moreThis place is awful I ordered a number 3 lrg no pickles or onions and guess what I have pickles and onions and I get a med coke instead of a lrg, as previously stated I asked for a NUMBER 3 lrg with a COKE. I also ordered a number 7 that order was correct she hands me 2 bags, no problem, I’m assuming one bag for the fries the other for the burgers but NO I get home bag 1 has my order bag 2 has to 2 hamburgers and 3 fries which tells me the person behind me did not receive there correct order unless they checked before driving off.. A lot of people drive off without checking there bags I’m guilty also, this behavior cause a chain reaction. SMH please for the love of god slow the drive thru line down and start getting your guest their food order correctly. Manager and a worker were very rude we waited patiently in line to wait for a cashier to come and attend us and they made no eye contact what’s so ever. There was no one to help, everyone just acted like no one was trying to get their attention they just completely ignored me and another lady. When I asked one employe for help she replied and said “ we are too busy if you want you can use the kiosk” um excuse me? I had my baby in my hands and waited patiently for someone to attend not only me but a few customers in line. Employees don’t have their name tags and neither does the manager. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or not but that is not how a customer should be treated here or at any other restaurant.
