My husband and I went for a double date and it was our first time in this location. We were greeted and explained the process of things since we weren't familiar with it. Since it was after 6pm, it was considered dinner and each person was charged $30. Tables are allowed to order three different meats at a time and we each had one complimentary small bowl of rice but we were open to the salad bar. We had up to four different servers and waited more than ten minutes to receive our first order of meats. Not sure if there was confusion but we kept getting asked if we wanted more meat when we didn't receive our first ones. It was a bit irritating but food was delivered by them and a robot machine. Drinks are not part of the initial price but they do have free refills so we were told and free ice cream with purchase. The booths were a bit uncomfortable as if the cushion was worn out and they had a few tears in them too. Grills have to be changed as meat will stick and the fans didn't seem to operate all that well as the restaurant seemed to get smokey quickly

Not only was the service terrible but the food was so bland and tasteless. The service made us feel like we were trespassing in someone's home, nothing was welcoming or inviting. I get it we didn't go there for a home cooked meal but you could tell they didn't care about us in the slightest. No water refills unless asked, I had my 9 month old and was left to figure out where the high chairs are; usually the waitstaff will gladly bring you one without asking. When it came time to order I was shocked at how she talked to us. You can't order more meat until you've finished what's on your plate at a BUFFET!!! Again the meat was bland nothing we had was seasoned, even the marinated chicken barely had flavor the only thing that made this food edible was a ton of soy sauce and sriracha. Now the kicker... if you don't finish your meat you'll be charged an extra $10 per person. I'm not a child nor do I wish you be told to clean my plate.

Pre Covid the service here was going downhill and the quality of the food was ok. Since they reopened past covid and they allowed outdoor seating the service has turned around 360 degrees and they've been on top of it. Quick to get your orders and check on you pretty often. They have a limited menu now and only a lunch or dinner option for all you can eat kbbq in which the dinner includes 2 rolls. You can still order sushi but not all you can eat. The meat seems to have gotten better too which is why I'm now rating them better. Too bad they're closing dining again. I was eating here every weekend since they showed dining outside. The only thing not on the menu is ice cream which is also included in the all you can eat. Totally worth it to come here.

First time here. Loved the idea of cooking or own meats. At first our server (a White lady) was very nice & friendly & we even asked for help on how to use chopsticks. I thought we would have a great experience. I was wrong. I was going to ask for salt & pepper to add flavor to our meats which were not preseosoned but I never got the chance....She, our server must have forgotten about us. She had said she brought small servings (& they were) to make sure we liked them... Then she would bring us more of what ever we liked...(it's supposed to be all you can eat)... Again we never got the chance... she never came back. We sat there for over 15 minutes waiting with empty drinks & empty meat trays. I can point out our neighbor table was having a completely different experience. The Hispanic man serving them was treating them like royalty... plenty of meats & drinks refills & constant attention. He even changed out their center table grilling dome. I would say that server was great but he really wasn't. I could hear them speaking Spanish & since I also speak it, I could understand them. It was obvious they knew each other. I tried to get his attention once but he was too busy being extra friendly & catching up with them to notice or care about anyone else. I had lost my appetite & was now on the verge of being angry & just wanted to leave. There is no front register counter. I could have just walked out & no one would have noticed. I had to find someone to pay my bill. I flagged down a worker. He was an Asian (Korean?) young man. He said you usually pay your server. I told him I was frustrated & felt we had been abandoned & just wanted to pay my bill & leave. He took my payment but then lied to my face... saying he had been walking around in our area to see if anyone needed anything. He had never come near our table at all. Very disappointed. I should have walked out without paying but I just couldn't do that. Sadly I will...

YEARS AGO this used to be a decent place to eat and bring company. NOW this place has fallen apart both interior and in management. I am writing to let others know if you plan on bringing your first date here, DON’T. The prices and how the pricing is applied to your order seem to change almost monthly. The rules to be seated and served are non-sense. If you’re planning on coming here to dine-in on a lunch break solo, they will turn you away (for example).

If you come here with a friend or spouse, which describes my visit, the wait for a table can be over an hour long. IF you are willing to wait, and you are waiting in line to take advantage of the lunch special, even if you arrived well before 3pm (their cut-off for lunch), if you are seated at 3:01pm, you will obligatorily be charged for the dinner which is more expensive.

So this is where my experience comes in. When I placed my groups name down on the list, it was well before 3pm. Before I agreed to the wait, I asked and I asked twice two separate servers “If I am seated after 3pm, even though I arrived here at 2pm, will I still get the lunch special.“ Both times I was affirmatively told ”yes.”

So, time for me to be seated comes. I am seated and then told after waiting the hour, that I will be charged for dinner by another person. I explain that I was told otherwise twice by two people. Doesn’t matter, they won’t honor their word, even though it was THEIR MISTAKE, they don’t offer a discount or any apology.

This incident pretty much set the mood for the rest of our evening, and ruined my experience here, and my day.

If this sounds like something you want to go through, then eat here. Otherwise, I would recommend driving a bit further for some ACTUALLY...

Went here for dinner went straight to salad bar and ate the miso soup and their fried food after my 3rd fried wonton I got food poisoning, before the meat came so I didn’t cook it or ate it and I tried to get a refund or told them to charged just for the salad bar(my date had to tell them since I was throwing up and laying on the booth before the meat came and the lady seen we still had all our food not touched and I paid 20 cash and the rest on my card and it hey didn’t refund anything since I already paid they ahead of time they said they couldn’t refund it but if I complained before I paid they wouldn’t have charged me but since I paid I can’t get a refund makes no sense! That they would not charge me for the food if I paid after I ate or if I haven’t paid yet since this restaurant charges after like every other place you eat and then pay but I decided to pay first for the all you can eat. Makes no sense just because I paid first they can’t refund me... waiter seen the uncooked food untouched. I understand they have a policy so you cook your own food and it’s on you but I didn’t eat anything raw!! Didn’t cook my own food . but I didn’t eat Korean bbq only the salad bar and miso and only 2-3 of fried wontons and a soup i didn’t finish since I got sick and i was sweating and laid in the booth and then had to throw up in the bathroom for 30 min I couldn’t even leave or talk since I was so sick. Almost called ambulance it was bad food poisoning and barely made it to walk to the car after 30 min of throwing up because I couldn’t leave the...
