Let’s start off and say that the Caucasian manager, he’s very racist. I am an African-American woman, and he told me that I need to say please when I’m exchanging my line and then he accused me of not paying my room staying an extra day and then said oh, I can pay what I owe and then I would have to leave. They will no longer provide me services like who owns Wood Springs because he needs to be fired. Every time I went down to exchange my linen and my towels he would give me dirty dingy towels, but when I’m dealing with other workers, they give me the brand new towels I also left my things in the room and he will not let me get my things out the room that I will get escorted off the property. Read moreThe room seemed clean but very generic, the bed were terrible 😞! They put nothing extra into this bed mattress came out of a box I’m sure! The bed spread was a non hemmed piece of fabric . You gotta stop so don’t take me home. The biggest turn off was when I realized that the homeless are staying there. We saw their car park out front loaded to the point you could only see the drivers seat! It was so dirty! Alarming to know that this person was staying there .. saw a few more . Read moreNever staying here again. Me and my fiancé are taking one night to celebrate our 10 year anniversary so we had a little extra money for a room for the night and to go out. Upon check-in we paid $207. Later when I checked my bank they had taken $300 from my account. When I go down to ask the front desk about it he said they don’t know what’s going on it’s happened to 3 other guests already and they won’t put it back on my card till after checkout.
