Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Palmdale

This was a to go order, so I cannot say much about the atmosphere as I was pretty much in and out. Service was short, not much to talk about but the food, now here's my issues.

In my order were wings, onion rings, cheese curds and classic chicken sandwich was came out to just under $50.

My drive home is 20 minutes. I was given all this in 1 large bag. I placed the bag in another warming bag in my car to keep hot.

AS soon as I got home, we started to eat and found the onion rings were cold, the fries were cold as well. I'm talking cold and dry here. Now the cheese curds where still very warm, and yet not the others, why would that be? possible cold when placed in the to go box. But the cheese curds were very good.

Now to the wings, VERY GOOD, loved the wings. we had garlic parmesan garlic wings. Might go back for those.

But the $12 chicken sandwich, WOW, this where it really went down hill. THe bun was small, the chicken patty even smaller, only 2 slices of pickles, which we asked for extra, a small, not kidding dab of mayo. And for just a few dollars more I could have , like $3 more I could go elsewhere and get a bigger bun or more like a normal size bun with a little lettuce a few tomatoes and actually have 3 or 4 slices of pickles, not just 2. Yes I love pickles. I'm including the picture to show you the actual size of the patty is NOT like picture on the menu. THe menu picture is what a chicken sandwich should look like, here's what I got.

Following up, it's been a few weeks after I posted this and responded to the comment left by management to go their website, which I did and fill out their form online, which I also did, even left them all my contact info and nothing, no response, no phone call no email back to me, I guess it's all about looking good to the public eye, but in reality, looks like they really don't care. BUT, I understand, it's hard to respond to the picture of their tiny $12 chicken sandwich that's about the same size of a $1 bill folded in half (as seen in the picture), when I could have spent $2 or $3 more any other place and gotten one twice that size, fresh and not dry with all sorts of condiments. Arrived around 11PM after a long day of work we haven't eaten all day long. The employees DID NOT acknowledge us as guests, we had to ask for help and seating. The server admitted he was "new" and didn't know about the menu and prices. We ended up ordering 10 piece boneless wings & fries, strawberry lemonade (1), & Hennessey Hustle (2). The SL was very tart. Do not order the Henny Hustle - there was no alcohol in it or VERY LITTLE. It tasted like what a strawberry lemonade should taste. The wings were OLD, freezer burned, or they were left overs - very hard and crispy, not fresh (I wish i never bit into one). Apparently, the employees were ready to go home for the night. It seemed as if they were sitting under the lamp and someone drizzled them with wing sauce to cover the fact that they were old and bland! They were lukewarm and were NOT fresh and hot like chicken wings should taste. The fries were NOT freshly made to taste. They tasted just as the wings did - not appetizing! We DEMANDED a refund for our order which we received - minus the "NON-alcoholic" drinks. The manager, Joseph, should acknowledge the mistakes his staff made tonight. It DOES NOT matter what time your restaurant closes, treat every customers' order as if we just opened for the day. Out of the 4 of us...2 of us NEVER ate at BWW before. I can say for sure - I will NEVER eat at this establishment again! Our group agreed - tonight was the last night (ugh - I may vomit) that we would step foot in this place. They tried to charge close to $50 for something we could have made in the microwave at home. I don't eat at McDonald's and haven't in the past 20 years bc their food is toxic. That's how I see Buffalo Wild Wings. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! You're better off making your own wings at home and your drinks. Customer service is also subpar. They all must hate their jobs or need customer service training. I won't be back. If you do visit this restaurant and your food is gross and bland - get up and leave and do NOT go back. They shouldn't be in business honestly. They need to hire a new staff of employees who care about the service and food they give to...

A friend of mine invited me to come to BWW to watch the UFC fight with him.

We arrived and we was seated within 2 minutes. Our server Chris greeted us and ask for our drink orders. We both initially got water. WE ordered the Summer Sampler Special and a separate order of wings under a promotion listed on the BWW website and the server was not aware of the promotion. He went and asked the manager and returned to say they couldn't honor it as the game "wasn't live". I asked him to look at the screen and tell him how he can determine if it was live or not. He went and spoke again to the manager and came back with her and she honored it but "only this time". I asked why that was. She said that this was a replay. There was nothing on the website on the promotion that denotes if it has to be live or not.

We got the food (after about 30 minutes) and it was very good. The server never came once to offer us a refill. We always had to flag him down. At around 8:30, (30 minutes from the late night menu becoming accessible) he tried to bring us our checks. He never asked if we was on a single check or different checked. He insisted that we pay our check in a very pushy way. He at this time made mention of the $10 per person minimum which was never stated or documented anywhere inside of the store or online to watch the fight. Our check was 29.65 before taxes. I declined and ended up stating that i wanted to order something at 9.

He made a fuss but then walked away not to be seen for the remainder of our visit. At nine, I ordered some sliders and fries then we cashed out.

I personally would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience and I would love for someone from BWW to contact me for additional info. Thank you.

Edit: The management have yet to resolve this issue to my liking and the upcoming ufc fight would have been a good reason to return. I will continue to abstain from visiting this location until they resolve the issue to my liking. Corporate,...
