Went to make a return & was advised that the manager was at lunch therefore unable to return until the manager return which in 10 mins. Unbelievable that the cashier or anothet employee was unable to perform such transaction, causing me to wait! She had seen the line was long and asked for next customer. As everyone knows, that means the next person, in order. This guy jumps everybody and doesn't ask, but tries TELLING her that no he can go next. The sheer entitlement and disrespect of this man thinking what he says goes and that the employees words do not matter had my blood boil.
