Dollar Tree — Local services in Palmdale

Went to make a return & was advised that the manager was at lunch therefore unable to return until the manager return which in 10 mins. Unbelievable that the cashier or anothet employee was unable to perform such transaction, causing me to wait! It should be standard practice that multiple people in the store can preform such transaction. Furthermore, the manager that was on lunch was in store stocking the shelves but unable to assist me until she return from lunch! I give five stars bc the of the cashier working just now. Some rude entitled Karen thought he was better than her and she handled it with grace and professionalism. She had seen the line was long and asked for next customer. As everyone knows, that means the next person, in order. This guy jumps everybody and doesn't ask, but tries TELLING her that no he can go next. The sheer entitlement and disrespect of this man thinking what he says goes and that the employees words do not matter had my blood boil. Of the many Dollar Tree stores around, this one is the dirtiest. I always have to tell the cashier to call another person to cashier. She is always so busy she does not see how long the line is. It seems there is no management to this store. I bought a pint of ice cream and it must have been defrosted and re-frozen. I had to throw it out, it was bad. The place is always a mess.
