McDonald's — Restaurant in Palmer Township

A Class Act!! I don't remember the last time I was in such a clean McDonald's but this one went beyond just being clean. When I was about to enter the side door near the parking lot, a young man who was cleaning the floor seen me approaching and put aside all his cleaning items. "Welcome to McDonald's", he said smiling. I said 'Thank you so much!!!' and then went inside. The dining area is sectioned off; reminded me of some 4-5 star Italian Restaurants. The one section had fancy wall lamps illuminating the area. The other section had bistro-type tables, where patrons were standing together, chatting and watching TV. I selected the booth area which had immaculately clean seating and enough space for my size!!! I went to order and I had another flashback to one of those high-tab Italian Restaurants. The service and delivery was impeccable! I mainly stopped at this location for a quick snack: a Big Mac and the seasonal Shamrock Shake. When I finished my meal, I gathered up the packaging and napkins and after tossing all those items in the trash can, I was cut off at the exit door by that same young man who opened the door for me when I arrived. He put his mop and cleaning rag to the side and AGAIN opened the door for me to exit. "Hope everything was ok; thanks for visiting McDonalds !!!!" I expressed thanks and appreciation. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app for drive-thru pickup at 10:35 a.m. I was in the Drive-Thru line which was long at 1042 a.m. by the time I reached the speaker it was 11:02 a.m. and the lady informed me that they could not give me the steak egg and cheese bagels that I ordered which were two of them. I said I wanted something similar in price since I paid $6 each for the steak egg and cheese bagels. When I get to the window the lady informs me if I could just get a refund and I said no because I waited in line at this point for 35 minutes that I need it to feed my family and I need something similar in price. She went back to the manager and the manager was visibly annoyed with me. And I then asked if I could just get two Big Macs and replace of the steak egg and cheese because now at this point it is no longer breakfast. I was then told to wait in a parking spot and I had to wait another 11 minutes. So in total I was waiting 45 mins for my food . Then when I received the food the packaging was not correct and food was falling out of the packaging and I was missing cheese from one of my sandwiches. Needless to say they need to get it together here. Very annoying waiting 45 minutes for food that was pre-ordered, and then getting the food and it not being correct, and then also the manager visibly annoyed in front of the customer even though the customer was not...

So I get in line tonight at the drive through at 9:50 they aren't supposed to close until 11. Well there's one person in front of me and they turn off all the lights and close on them without taking their order and there's a line behind me. Now that was bad enough but the last person they took the order of they took about 20 minutes to serve their food to them did not tell them to pull up so everybody was stuck in line for an additional 20 minutes for a place that closed on us after we've already been waiting. Everybody stuck in line now about seven or eight cars is starting to get aggravated because they would like to leave they do not tell the guy to pull up so people can get out they leave us all sitting there the person in front of me started to get a little irate yelling can you please pull up so we could go home. He didn't say anything awful he just was aggravated and rightfully so. The employee at the drive-thru window decided to hang out of it and tell the person honking to f off! Then when I finally got the pull through I said something about how we have been sitting there inline for 20 minutes after they had closed in 15 minutes before they closed and he cursed at me in front of my 11 year old son.
