RUDE REGISTER GUY! OVER PRICED and certainly NOT authentic Mexican food.
Ordered over the phone and the order taker was so rude and talked over me as I was giving my order. I wasn't confident he got the order right and sure enough he didn't. At pick-up, the register guy (same man) was extremely rude! He barked at me with an attitude when I asked how much the burrito was since the price was higher than their online menu. I get it that food prices go up but there's no need to raise your voice and rudely attack your inquisitive customer. He said with a nasty tone "So you want it or not!!"
With disbelief I just turned and walked out. Apparently his rudeness is an issue as others have posted reviews saying the same thing. PLUS, I should have known not to come back and try it again after the last bad experience getting a tasteless burrito a few months ago. Definitely NOT authentic Mexican. Sancho's was good years ago but has gone way down in quality and especially service over the past year.
I went down the street to a really good Mexican restaurant with kind service.
Beware of Sanchos Taqueria on Lytton...

Yelp! Needs to have a subset of reviews that are written under the influence of drugs or alcohol (another drug, I know, but...) or both (yes, I know, redundant, but....)
I am convinced that most of the reviews written for at least this place were penned by a stoned or otherwise inebriated hand.
The food was sub-par. My burrito was cold in some places, and there were bits of bone throughout. One of the staff yelled at me and a few other diners to depart in 2 minutes so she could clean, even though we were waiting....and waiting patiently....for the food we had just paid for. Apparently they were closing up for the night.
I dunno. I don't smoke at all, and I don't drink enough to where I'll ever consider returning. If you're looking for sub-par, tasteless munchies this might suffice but I'm pretty sure Jack in the Box would be better. And no one's going to yell at you...

I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu. There are so many options! It was a tough choice, but I eventually settled on a super burrito ($8.85). I ordered it with carnitas, grabbed my number, and sat down at a table. Not even 5 minutes later, my food arrived. This was indeed a super burrito. Served with sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, cheese, and guacamole, this burrito was massive. I was only able to finish about half before I wrapped the rest up to save for later. I thought it was delicious, especially with the flavorful carnitas paired with all the essentials of a good...
