After visiting Crumbl for the first time, I can say I didnāt have a pleasant experience at this location. Upon entering, i observed two employees neither of who greeted or acknowledged me while I stood at the counter looking at them having a conversation. I waited for over a minute to be approached but was not & so I decided to ask for what I needed. One of the employees approached me looking what I would say is annoyed (still did not greet me). Without saying a word to me, she started the process on the computer & told me to scan my QR and then walked away without ensuring I knew how to complete the process, even though it was obvious I wasnāt familiar with what to do. My order was ready in no time and she said ādoes that look good?ā and that was the end of her interaction. I said thank you & left. At no point in any of this interaction was there a smile, a have a good day or a thank you and thatās everything anyone needs to know that there was ZERO customer service. Had some customers walk in while I was there, they were not greeted either.
Even though you have computers to take orders, human interaction is still a must. If someone enters the store, the least you can do is welcome them or thank them on their way out.
Poor service, good atmosphere, good product &...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo say that Crumbl cookies are overhyped would be the understatement of the century. After trying my first (and last) assortment, I truly cannot understand how they have risen to such popularity. I was shocked when I saw that our little po-dunk town of Panama City Beach had our very own Crumbl! Anyway, the cookies are bad. The taste and texture is giving severely undercooked. When I bit into the refrigerated berry and cream cookie I truly wondered if it had ever been in an oven. It was so⦠RAW and GUMMY!! And thatās how itās supposed to be!? It was honestly just gross. The cookie that I liked most was still just āokā by any standard. Iād rather go to subway for cookies. Once again social media has propped up an EXTREMELY subpar product on a pedestal.
Ok I have to make an edit immediately after posting. I just scrolled through the reviews and there is absolutely NO WAY 99% of those reviews are from real people. It wreaks of bots. That explains the nearly perfect review score for a horrible product....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe counters were messy and sticky, which made the space feel less clean than expected. Additionally, one staff member with brown curly hair, pale skin and dark eyes (no name tags) was noticeably unprofessionalārolling her eyes and making snarky comments to her coworkers within earshot of customers. For example: she told another staff member that they were out of something and the other responded with a helpful suggestion, the rude employee responded āsee itās almost like I tried that and it didnāt work,ā rolling her eyes and flipping the monitor aggressively. It was off-putting and detracted from the overall experience.
Great cookies, but I hope management takes some time to address store cleanliness and staff professionalism to match the quality...
