I'm only giving 4 stars becuase.
This was mine and my families first time here. We spent a hundred dollars to eat ( We were not intending on spending that lol )
All of the photos on line looked amazing, so we strolled in.
Upon entering, the establishment was clean, workers smiling and cheery.
Once at the front to order, we made it simple for our tiny humans, which they ended up LOVING THE FOOD WHICH WAS GREAT!!!!
Upon it being mine, my husband and daughters turn. We were quickly turned around. We had no idea what we were ording, putting in our bowls, better yet eating, to be honest.
I smiled and added things very cautiously (even with customers behind me helping me). I say, helping as she told me the name of a sauce. have a hearing issue, so I don't hear well. The bowl ended up looking great but ended up being awful 😖. I'm a vegetarian, so when I try new things, I REALLY need them to taste well. First impressions are everything to me. This was on me at the same time, I feel the ladies could have been more knowledgeable and, if not completely knowledgeable but helpful, when they can see a customer struggling. It's an awful feeling to stand in front of other people holding up a line, not knowing ANYTHING. SO YOU JUST GO WITH IT.
The pita chips ? Are they supposed to be overly salty?? My daughter started to laugh and giggle as she held her pitas up, and they were twice as large as mine and my husband's. We assumed ours were possibly older due to the darker color. These pita chips were so salty that they made your tongue hurt 😫
Yes, the logical thing to do is stop eating them. Complain. When you have 6 kids and trying to rush theough dinner, you just eat.
So the bowl was a no-go for me. The way I can describe it was very dry tasting with very little flavor. So I figured I'd have the pita to eat. I was able to get through two pita chips before my mouth was done with the salt. (It was seriously that bad.)
This was just my experience. I hope maybe this was just a fluke, and if we ever choose to return, it will be much better. One of the ladies did recommend a meatless ball. I couldn't tell you the name. Those were also extremely salty. (KUDOS TO THE GIRL FOR THE...
Read moreMy wife and I absolutely love this place! Cava has quickly become one of our go-to spots in Panama City Beach for a healthy, satisfying meal. The variety of fresh and wholesome options is fantastic, and everything always tastes so fresh and flavorful.
The "Build Your Bowl" option is definitely the way to go — it's fun, customizable, and packed with great choices no matter what you're in the mood for. That said, every product we've tried here has been a hit, which makes it easy to try something new and know it'll be delicious.
The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every time we visit. On top of that, the store is always clean and well-organized, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy, tasty meal with great service and a clean,...
Read moreBest restaurant experience I’ve had in awhile. The moment I walked in staff greeted me with a warm hello and the manager was more than helpful when I asked him to explain the different options for the rice bowls. You could tell that the pita chips were straight out of the oven - warm and fresh. It was recommended that I try the balsamic date chicken bowl. I couldn’t believe how delicious and healthy it was. Apart from the amazing food the restaurant was super clean. Tables and counters were spotless and there was always an employee nearby whenever you needed anything. This restaurant gets an A++ from me when it comes to the presentation of the food, the professionalism of staff especially the manager, cleanliness, and the overall experience. I will be recommending this restaurant to my colleagues, friends,...
