I live in Atlanta, where we have 100's (seriously) of Thai restaurants, honestly I have tried about 1/2 of them or maybe more. Being a serious "Foodie" I actually host Food Meet Ups all over Atlanta, experiencing locally owned restaurants; needless to say I am very critical of good food.
Last night was my first visit but not my last!
Sue's Drunken Noodle dish was out of bounds! The the noodles were not over cooked and the sauce held just right amount of heat......Mild is for babies. Enjoy life and try "hot"!
I also ordered the Papaya Salad. Again, another home run!. The papaya was fresh and the dressing was bright without being overly sweet or over powered with fish sauce.
Yes, there was slight wait on my order (12 mins), because everything is being cooked and prepared as ordered. Translation, your food is not being cooked hours ahead of time and held under a heat lamp. You can feel and taste the crisp bite in the vegetables and the freshness of the sauce.
Keep in mind this is All being accomplished in a food truck.

Read moreVery cozy little restaurant with a lot of places to sit outside. No indoor sitting. They sell vegan food which is great and it tasted really good. I asked for not a lot of spice and they made sure it wasn’t and added the spices in containers with the food . Only thing negative is they forgot my mango sticky rice and 1 spring roll but they were busy so i don’t know if it was an accident from having to rush. I didn’t get a receipt and was across town already plus it was getting very dark so I didn’t go back and didn’t try and get what was missing. I was upset about the mango sticky rice because I was really excited to try it. Price wise it wasn’t that bad for the amount of food and especially for the good quality. A lot of restaurants charge more for less quality food. Workers are very nice and talkative. The guy worker I talked to was kind and made conversation. Only thing I can say is try the food and if you get take out check you got everything...
Read moreSue's Thai Cafe is the best bang for the buck when it comes to the quality of food and price, especially in PCB. All dishes are made from scratch using fresh ingredients and prepared to order. It has a quaint outdoor seating area, but during our visit, it appears most order their meals for take out. Overall, the menu has something for everyone however I had the Cashew Chicken, Spring Roll, and Crab Rangoon. The chicken and veggies in the Cashew Chicken were cooked to perfection! I usually anticipate veggies that were cooked two hours earlier that sit in a steam pan until ordered - not here. Everything was fantastic. The Spring Roll was crunchy and tasted amazing. And do yourself a favor and save room for the Mango Sticky Rice as a dessert. It's Heavenly!! The combination of mango and sweet rice topped off a perfect meal. I am selective when it comes to Thai food, but I am definetly coming back to...
