4.8 rating so I was excited to try it however, I was disappointed with the drunken veggie / vegan dish as there were small remnants of vegetables and an overload of oily noodles . I’m not sure the summer rolls were even worth $7 because it was mainly lettuce with shreds of carrot and sprouts. My 3 Spring rolls were extremely greasy but the insides were pretty delicious. Mango rice was decent. Service was nice and straight forward, 45 minutes preparation and a call when meal is completed, check out was simple and quick, area was an adorable set up. (Be cautious coming in as there are pot holes and limited parking due to other businesses.) If you don’t mind oil and sparse veggies then give it a go .

Sue’s Thai Cafe does everything right. They are small. Their menu is streamlined. Their food is thoughtfully prepared. I am a huge snob when it comes to Thai cuisine and I have just experienced the best Thai food that I’ve ever eaten. Call ahead to pick up, because they are popular for a reason. If you have the time, hang out and eat at one of their outdoor tables in the evening. There’s even terrific music. Regardless, their to go setup is professional in the extreme and they really go the extra mile. They will even shoot you a text when your order is ready. This place is absolutely a hidden gem, and I wish I could live here all year round and eat there every night. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a roadside restaurant with outdoor seating under a canopy, it shares a parking lot with a bar next door. Food is ordered at a walk-up window, and is delivered to you at your table. We had the Summer Rolls, which were delivered as a first course, followed by chicken Pad Thai and beef Pad See Ew. Everything was made fresh, the noodle dishes were delivered piping hot. All was delicious! They offer take-out also, we saw a lot of that while we were eating. Really great staff checked on us a couple times to make sure all was ok with our food

I live in Atlanta, where we have 100's (seriously) of Thai restaurants, honestly I have tried about 1/2 of them or maybe more. Being a serious "Foodie" I actually host Food Meet Ups all over Atlanta, experiencing locally owned restaurants; needless to say I am very critical of good food.

Last night was my first visit but not my last!

Sue's Drunken Noodle dish was out of bounds! The the noodles were not over cooked and the sauce held just right amount of heat......Mild is for babies. Enjoy life and try "hot"!

I also ordered the Papaya Salad. Again, another home run!. The papaya was fresh and the dressing was bright without being overly sweet or over powered with fish sauce.

Yes, there was slight wait on my order (12 mins), because everything is being cooked and prepared as ordered. Translation, your food is not being cooked hours ahead of time and held under a heat lamp. You can feel and taste the crisp bite in the vegetables and the freshness of the sauce.

Keep in mind this is All being accomplished in a food truck.

Very cozy little restaurant with a lot of places to sit outside. No indoor sitting. They sell vegan food which is great and it tasted really good. I asked for not a lot of spice and they made sure it wasn’t and added the spices in containers with the food . Only thing negative is they forgot my mango sticky rice and 1 spring roll but they were busy so i don’t know if it was an accident from having to rush. I didn’t get a receipt and was across town already plus it was getting very dark so I didn’t go back and didn’t try and get what was missing. I was upset about the mango sticky rice because I was really excited to try it. Price wise it wasn’t that bad for the amount of food and especially for the good quality. A lot of restaurants charge more for less quality food. Workers are very nice and talkative. The guy worker I talked to was kind and made conversation. Only thing I can say is try the food and if you get take out check you got everything...

Sue's Thai Cafe is the best bang for the buck when it comes to the quality of food and price, especially in PCB. All dishes are made from scratch using fresh ingredients and prepared to order. It has a quaint outdoor seating area, but during our visit, it appears most order their meals for take out. Overall, the menu has something for everyone however I had the Cashew Chicken, Spring Roll, and Crab Rangoon. The chicken and veggies in the Cashew Chicken were cooked to perfection! I usually anticipate veggies that were cooked two hours earlier that sit in a steam pan until ordered - not here. Everything was fantastic. The Spring Roll was crunchy and tasted amazing. And do yourself a favor and save room for the Mango Sticky Rice as a dessert. It's Heavenly!! The combination of mango and sweet rice topped off a perfect meal. I am selective when it comes to Thai food, but I am definetly coming back to...
