Arby's — Restaurant in Papillion

I don't go here often as I don't live nearby. But when we're in the area for other shops I like the curly fries and beef sandwiches. We always use drive thru. It's always clean outside, food is hot, no mistakes on orders, never shorted anything. But this last time there was a hair right on the outside of my beef sandwich. I'd gotten 3 more sandwiches to give to my kids when I got home and seeing a hair on mine made me not want to give them theirs. Since I hadn't left the area yet I decided to go in to ask for new food or a refund. The lobby was clean despite being busy. The staff looked clean and professional. I got the impression right away the hair was an innocent mistake, as can happen in a busy kitchen. The lady I asked to help me was professional and friendly. She was happy to remake all the sandwiches to ease my mind about giving them to my kids. There was a whole baseball team placing orders, but I was served quickly with hot, fresh food. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue and how nice they were despite being busy. I was happy to eat my new sandwich and give my kids theirs at home. I didn't feel the need for a refund considering they'd made me fresh ones and the cleanliness of the lobby and staff was reassuring. Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and got no bacon on my sandwich, cheese was cold and not melted and chicken was dry and crispy (not just the crispy breading), bottom bun with sauce was wrapped in paper and top bun and chicken were dry and left off that bun. Order of loaded curly fries were rock hard and also had no bacon... also ordered a French dip and the sandwich meat and au jus sauce were ice cold... on top of that before receiving our order they charged us twice for our food and we then had to sit and wait for them to refund us one of the charges without our knowledge... they didn't tell me about it and i watched it happen on my online banking. the guy at the window had his manager there for like 5 minutes trying to figure it out and then they handed me my card back and the 2nd transaction was finally reloaded to my account. I'm glad they fixed their mistake but that's info that should be communicated with the customer and 3 hrs before they close their food quality should be so so much better.. I've been to many Arby's in my life and this was by far the worst......

Love their sliders and they are only one dollar between 2 and 5pm every day You can get dollar 🍟 and shakes between those hours as well. I like the fact that you get real meat not some GMO so mixed with your Burger meat. Since I am a master gardener whose taken the pesticide applicators class. I won't useof pesticides I don't want them in the genes of my meat. I feel very safe with Abby's beef and their other meat sandwich. Their Gyros are a delight. If they bring them next year their orange cream shakes were the best. They have them during the summer but they need to offer them year round. Seniors get free drinks. Always a plus when your on a...
