Mr Norton, What a bummer😢 to have had this experience in your 🐔 Chick-fil-A restaurant on Thursday 11/18/2021 at lunch 🍽 . … it was sad how difficult your shift manager Laura was with a menu request. She told me to write you about my experience! I ordered some 🍟 and ordered them well done! I have asked for them to be well done in multiple Chick-fil-A‘s! The cashier answered very quickly “We don’t do that”. She was rude in her response so I was impatient back to her. She was like we don’t have a key for it. Which I know as a region you decided not to do well done fries…your employees said we never did this. I thought as I always order 🍟 I had ordered them at your location a few months ago! Then Laura🥶 jumped in…I believe your employees should have initially just told me that your location doesn’t do well done fries. Instead Laura initiated a 😳staring contest (believing she was defending her staff) which she was really good at! 🏆 I mean she was a 5 ⭐️ competitor, she is one of true gritt! I do believe the act of “the contest” was an act of 🙄immaturity🤡 on her part! Yes, I was impatient😡 and rude with the women at the register, for that I apologize! Laura then reacted by saying do you want to see my register -“we don't have a key for well done.” she proceeded to shake the register. She was very imbalanced in that moment. I wish I would of filmed it! The older gentleman 😔 behind the counter who is a manager just stared at me. In previous visits he really doesn’t look at you in the eye as a customer. He might’ve of been uncomfortable at that moment by the way Laura was😠acting or maybe the way I was telling Laura to walk away.
I could of acted better in my response to the initial response of being told no well done fries. I do hope you address your manager Laura and her actions towards me. It’s obvious now how you struggle keeping staff with a managerial🤯🥵 attitude like Laura’s! Please congratulate her on her win!

Placed a mobile order so that it would come out correctly and there would be no miscommunication on what was supposed to be included with my order but yet they still messed it up. Upon calling the store to inform them about it, so that it didn't happen to later patrons, the woman took up a tone that was unnecessary for what was happening. I ended up hanging up but called back later to talk to a manager about possibly refunding part of the order that I didn't end up eating because of their mistake. The woman who answered the phone told me she was the manager when I asked for one but then as soon as I mentioned refund the line went silent and a gentleman picked up the phone. He told me he was the supervisor and I thought it was strange that the manager would hand the phone to a supervisor? I asked if I could talk to the manager but he said this is the best I could get right then in a very rude tone. I proceeded to explain the situation and he refused to refund my money based on the stores policies. That's fine and I understood that, but the was he said these things to me was in a very rude and undermining tone. If you aren't going to refund someone their money for your mistake you should at least be a little more apologetic when they didn't start out rude. I've never had such disrespectful service from a Chick-fil-A, if you want a great experience go to the one on 75th and Dodge. Its a little bit more of a drive but the owner and the employees actually care about...
Read moreI visited May 25th 2021 and dine in has finally reopened at this location on the 24th. Before this visit I already thought this Chick-fil-A was was really good. They always seemed to have your food out really quick within 5 mins and usually less. This time I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and I had to wait 5 to 7 mins because they had run out of them but they came out with a free brownie and two cards for free food for my wait. I was genuinely shocked that they did that. That told me that this location takes speed and accuracy very seriously. When I got my spicy chicken sandwich it was so fresh that I'd take a bite and steam came out every time I took a bite and it tasted excellent. The employees have always been nice but this time the guy who handed my relatives their food named Joseph made sure we had our sauces and even took our trash for us. A woman handed me my spicy chicken sandwich with the free brownie and cards also made sure I had the sauces that I wanted but I didn't get her name but she was also very nice. I'd like to thank her as well. So I'd have to say after this outstanding experience I'd have to say this is the best service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant.
