Wingstop — Restaurant in Papillion

SEVERELY INCOMPETENT STAFF! Placed my order and it said 19-29 minutes. I show up about 35 minutes later, surely the food is ready for me to just show up, grab my bag and leave, right? WRONG! Not only was my order not ready but THEY HADN'T EVEN DROPPED IT IN THE FRYER! Ridiculous! They didn't even tell me they hadn't even started cooking it. The girl behind the counter was looking for my order then printed out a ticket to give to the cooks. The cooks in the back didn't even have a ticket for my order! That's when I asked if they still had to cook my order when she said yes, I asked how long it would take, and she replied "about 20-25 minutes" uhh excuse me! Mind you, I had placed my order at least 35 minutes prior to arriving! Uhh no! I'm not taking that kind of disrespect for my time! I asked for my money back when the girl in the back took about 5 minutes trying to get the system ready to refund me. And she didn't even tell me to put my card in the machine when it was ready, I asked "How long is this gonna take?" And she was like "oh put your card in" SMH and then she told me "oh sorry we've been having problems with our printer" uhh if you know you've been having problems with your printer how about you put 1 of the 15 people working there on the computer to check when orders come in. The whole process became and ordeal! Looks like I'll be sticking to Buffalo wild wings when I'm in the mood for wings. Because this wingstop is . . . Not worth the problems. It's been a long time since I've encountered a service staff so unbelievably incompetent, matter fact this one might...

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst customer service experience in my life! Ordered online, paid ahead. Got to store at time the order was supposed to be ready. The to go shelf was full and no one was helping get those orders to people. Several workers standing in kitchen one was even on her cell phone. Had to wait till 4 people ordered before I got someone's attention to get my order off the shelf. Checked order when I got to the car and I was missing one item so had to go back in. Had to wait again, no one manning the sign that says to go/ ordered on line area. 🙄 told them what I needed , saw them filling orders for we needed as I stood there of course I was irritated you could see it on my face I'm sure. Someone behind the counter starts talking to me making excuses that they were short handed! So I asked someone else to check on my order after standing there another 5 min... the girl didnt appreciate me asking someone else to check on it so then she literally told me when I got my order to not ever come back!!!!! I didn't raise my voice until she said that! I told her no problem and I would be happy to write a nice review and let people know how I was treated. If their employees could read maybe they wouldn't get so many orders wrong. ...

I've had it up to here with lines, they ever growing, see? Tired of the service, why they out here moving sloppily? Waiting on my wings, my patience thinner than a balsa sheet Every minute wasted got me plotting like an arson spree Think I'm bout to lose my cool with these Wingstop goons Talking to me sideways, vibe off pitch, out of tune Queue jumps and attitude, yo, why they so damn rude?
