Not ok do better i was chaneged a secind bowl for putting suase and some of the dripping wet noodles aside in a sause bowl
I was also not aloud to go get more sause and my exteamly wet noodles taste liek water
They also put no real effort into cleaning the gril i asked them to do it again they won't
I also called the guy over to show him as they put a second person's food on my shared grill before fully removing mine

My mom called spoke to Alex and he now says he's the manager and will come over and re do them I've now wanted 15 min nope
So im takimg my pre payed containers to go from them cause they are holding them liek a child vs giving them to me
And ill give it to my boyfriend guess I'm getting a refund and a free meal or I'm calling the bord of health
Alex is a night manager
Luis is the guy in photos who laughed and thinks it's some joke
Based off of the reply from the owner being completely not on point not on topic and ignoring everything I've just said here. It will now be adding that I am now calling the maybe board of health. Because there's someone taking it seriously. Due to their reply, this was not about anything that they replied with and I also recorded the entire interaction. As you can see in the photo the grill is not clean. I asked the griller to do it again. And allergy protocol. Was not taken and I also have pictures. I didn't even add here.... I also caught 3 of the staff members in complete lies on video tape. No one could show ID proving who I was actually talking to and by the time I got done with I actually Got them to admit that the sauce bowls were for everybody. And that there were much better ways to handle what happened? None of which they're addressing in the comment. So far, I have not received a refund. And none of this excuses the behavior of the staff. And cleaning off the grill is not the same thing as not pouring. Someone else's food on the grill while you're cooking mine.
And the calls I'm referring to were to the original owners of the establishment which was why semen go in to ask how they feel about the exact same process.... Then my other call was into your shop. I called my mother to call and see if her manager was available and he was But when I asked inside there was nobody there, but over the phone. My mother was able to get of someone on the phone... And then I asked the person who then suddenly was a manager but they couldn't show any ID...I did .Leave my phone number for Sylvia, which is who I was told. Was your manager to call me tomorrow? Hopefully we can resolve this the right way... If not, it's time for the board to help...
Read moreBlazin' Mongolian: Not YC's We used to love going to YC's Mongolian here. So we decided to try the new Blazin' that went in their place. $$Prices are similar, you still pay more for dinner, extra for to go box, and the setup feels the same. **The ingredients are ok, nothing stand out and all of it is or was frozen at some point, which is pretty normal. ##Cream cheese ragoons were obviously cooked in the same frier as the crab ragoons and tasted as such. Luckily it's imitation crab as I have a shell fish Allergy, but still... Eck! **All the soup looked very concerning, as if it had been in under a heat lamp for days. The white rice was not sticky. Fried rice tasted odd and the brown rice was grainy and bland. ??The topping station at the end was dirty, sticky and the Sriracha bottle was empty. --Soda station was coke freestyle which is cool. However they were out of Vanilla flavor, Cream Soda, and Dr Pepper. Not sure what else but we ended up with Root beer and orange Fanta instead. &&The sauce has a lot of variety and they were labeled well. I personally thought the flavor was really bland though. I loaded it up as I usually do, filling the sauce bowl with a plethora of house blend, orange, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, a couple spicy options and the chef did a good job of mixing it in. Somehow though, my bowl still tasted like not much of anything. This was pretty disappointing to say the least. @@The 2 cashiers was the weak point and is why I will never return. The first lady when I arrived was broadcasting on some live platform on her phone behind the counter. I get its trendy, but not professional and shouldn't be allowed during dinner rush. The second cashier that sold me the Togo boxes actually grabbed the Square POS terminal and pulled the top back as I was tapping the screen for tip and made my finger go to the highest top option. It was 100% on purpose and super shady. Luckily it was only on $1, but I don't think I need to offer a 100% tip for grabbing a paper to go box .... I was more dumbfounded than angry. I've never seen anything like that.
Overall: -Cashiers- Shady and unprofessional ++Cooks- Friendly and talented (the only positive of our whole experience) -Food- Tasteless and Disappointing -Cleanliness - Food station was clean, drink station and soup station, not as much
2 out of 5, sets a Low standard for Mongolian food, we...
Read moreMy 1st visit to BLAZIN Mongolian BBQ in Scottsdale was so memorable, I’ve been back 3wks in a row. Not only for the food, but the service from their wonderful Staff members, including an amazing young lady name AUBREY. I took my 5yr old daughter to the Rock n Roll Car show Saturday afternoon, at the Pavilions, when my stomach started talking to me…FEED MEE! All of a sudden a delicious smell caught my nose. I followed it to the BLAZIN Mongolian BBQ. It was packed but I was still able to get a bowl for my daughter and I to pack on the goods to be cooked. It was our 1st time here so we’re we’re new to the concept on “piling your food in a bowl” to be cooked. My 5yr old Mini-Me was so excited that she shared her thoughts about all the food, with everyone in line. One of the staff members could tell we were new so she offered her assistance by helping my daughter fill her bowl with frozen veggies, noodles, & sauce. Then came the fun part, seeing it being cooked on the hot round iron flat top. The chefs cooked our food, along with the sauce we chose, all together which then released all this delicious aroma I smelled outside. After we got our cooked food we, also got a cup of Mint ice cream to go with it, then found a table to sit and enjoy. My daughter LOVED it and couldn’t stop raving about the “Green Poop” ice cream she called it. Lol. Aubrey noticed my daughter was so excited that she poured 1/4 of the soy sauce in her bowl, YIKES. She saw my reaction and offered to have my daughter make another bowl. I was shocked and amazed of how wonderful she was along with all the other staff members. The service was so good, I’ve taken my daughter, my friends and Brothers-From-Anotha-Mothers there to try it. They all enjoyed it. KUDOS to AUBREY and the rest of the staff for making this an enjoyable visit every time I come to the Pavilions to see the car show. Good Service + Good Food = Repeat Customers. Thank you again for putting a SMILE on my daughters face and a Smile on our...
