We will occasionally go to Chili’s and get the 4 for $10.99 deal. It’s really a great deal considering you get an appetizer, main (burger or chicken sandwich), side of fries and a drink. All in a sit down atmosphere. You can’t get this price at McDonalds for a value meal!

Normally we find Chili’s to have decent quality and consistency. But at this Chilis location — it was by far the BEST burger I have ever had at a chilis. The flavor actually rivaled “Smash Burger”

I was so impressed I spoke to the manager about it - as this is really how a burger should taste. And it was so much better than any other Chili’s restaurants we have eaten in.

He told me that they really focus on the food at this location. And they do a lot of training for employees that move to other Chili’s.

Bottom line…. I hope that the Chilis corporate offices take a look at this location and try to emulate their food throughout the Brand. They will be far better off for it. This was the best burger at a Chili’s I have ever had. And it was also as good as five guys or smash burger for sure. But half the price!

I would normally never write a review for a Chilis, unless it was negative. But this burger was so delicious that I felt compelled to share it.

Very bad service there was plenty of servers walking around restaurant was mostly empty yet somehow the bartender had to come sit us down when we arrived since no servers would approach us for a good 15 minutes of awkwardly standing there waiting to be seated , finally bartender sits us at a table we order water takes a good 10 mins to get water so we finally make it quick and order simple stuff , kids chicken tenders were very brown looks like the fryer oil must have had a very busy shift cuz nobody had changed it , my burger was supposed to be a double came out with one patty so I sent back , it arrived again with the second patty looking very funky since they smashed it all the way flat to make it cook faster so now I had this giant bottom patty made it look mutant , still ate it since I was so hungry from my earlier skate session the patty was half pink tho and the original order I made was for a well done so now I had one well done patty and one pink patty over all felt very uncomfortable there in that atmosphere the servers paid no attention to us and not your typical friendly chili’s environment, definitely won’t be going back to this location but will search for a better experience somewhere else , you would think the location means great friendly customer service but all we felt was unwelcome hurry up and order and...
