Okay I really like this little lounge at the Aria Casino. The atmosphere is dark and sultry. My fiance and I have been here a handful of times and two weekends ago was a blast. The music is always great, the people and the staff (if your paying for bottle service) are attentive and nice...typically. This time around we came for my stepdaughter's B-Day and because its wasnt super packed (places to sit) we didnt need to buy a table, unfortunately, the cocktail waitresses seemed bothered and unfriendly...when I asked if I could buy a table one told me there was none available (there were open tables). This was a little annoying, but whatever, we decided to sit there along with another couple and thought if anyone indeed purchased those tables we would move...no one ever came. Still had a great time, dj was great, the bartender made our drinks perfectly and the atmosphere was nice (its always a good time). If you are sensitive to smoke they do allow apoplectic to smoke cigars, but open the curtains around the lounge to let some air...
Read moreJohnny- or If this is his real name. A (Hispanic)male that appears to be a manager followed myself and my party all night harassing us about a table reservation. We had already spent $120 on drinks and whenever we attempted to sit at EMPTY chairs he would tell us to get up unless we had reservations. As a group of professionals who could easily afford a $250 table, it was very rude and poor customer service. We just wanted to have a good time, and not have aching feet. Thumbs down for the poor service here. Left our full cup of drinks to be released of his rude behavior. Not acceptable.
Update bc I cannot respond to them- There were NO RESERVED SIGNS on the chairs we were sitting in. As a matter of fact, there was an area we sat at that a group had just got up from. The area still had old drinks- this guy was just being rude and told me they have no space for customers who don’t reserve a table. Don’t waste your time here there are many other friendly bars...
Read moreI was here with a friend and we got seated in a booth. The service was fast but we did find we had to wait a bit between drinks. Music was good and it wasn't too loud either. I was able to have a conversation while being right beside the DJ booth.
I ended up getting a few Whisky & Gingerales - all were very good and not too weak (as some other reviews say) and not too strong. Pricing was on the high side compared to some other lounges, but still reasonable considering the atmosphere here was better than other lounges in Aria, I would argue.
We finished the night with a bottle of Dom and they came out with sparklers, and a small show of it all. A little over the top, but I guess that's common practice when someone buys a bottle.
Overall I would go back if I stay in...
