Bentley's — Restaurant in Paradise

It was our first time there and it was in the afternoon. I think there may have been 2 other people there, besides us. I was quite surprised when I walked in. It's a big place and the room is open. By that I mean there isn't a lot of walls, banners, etc. in the way. You can see from one side to the other. Tastefully decorated and clean. Walking in, I wanted to take a deep breathe like I was in mountain air or something! There's a big bar with good variety of imported beer. Poker machines at the bar. Flat screen TVs placed around the room but they aren't turned up to the point that you can't hear what someone is saying. They have a skeeball machine, a video golf game and something else to play. Didnt really pay attention to that. There's a large seating area to enjoy lunch or dinner. The kitchen area is big and open so you can see what's going on. I didn't look at the menu so I can't give pricing or food choices but I know they have pizza. We went to play pool and was told the pool table was in the back room. We didn't get that far though! Bartender was great! Made sure we were ok without pestering us. He let me sample some beers at no charge. Was a very nice guy. Not bad to look at either! It's a comfortable place. Completely disappointed with this experience me and my date came here for steak and wine by 7:3O they ran out of steak and did even provide Moscato wine the waitress ignored us brought our food to us when it was cold both me and my day was completely disgusted with the customer service experience I even asked the bartender if he had a menu of drinks to choose from he did not have a menu to provide for different drinks and I felt like we were being discriminated against especially when it came to food based on the service provided our bill came up to 114 plus we even tip total 150 for bad service and bad food I would never recommend this place to anyone the decor was beautiful inside and outside great place to lounge and enjoy family or just have a few friends there we just wanted the opportunity to experience some amazing steak and great atmosphere however all that was cut short and very rudely introduced to us by the bartender and the waitress stated they don't have what we need I would never recommend this...

Last night, our Nebraska softball team was in town to compete in a national tournament. We finished our two games at Sunset Park and went across the street to celebrate our first day and two wins.

Thinking that it was cool that a Nebraska bar was this close, 16 of us went over and sat down at tables in a nearly empty restaurant.

The male server came over and told us that all of the orders would be placed on one ticket and that he would not divide them up. Despite the lack of patrons in the bar, he refused to budge on the issue. We all got up and left.

This server failed to realize or was too lazy to compute that 16 people at an average of $20 per person just cost their management over $300 in sales. As many of you know, when you are in a large group and trying to contribute cash to a large group bill, it just doesn't work.
