I visited this Ice Cream Store on July 2nd, 2024, around 4 pm, and had a mixed experience.
The mango ice cream I ordered was delicious and flavorful, definitely a highlight of my visit. However, my enjoyment was marred by the rude behavior of the staff. I ordered two medium-sized mango ice creams and was asked if I wanted two different flavors. I politely asked to take one mango flavor and I asked that I would like to check with my family what other flavor they would like.
To my surprise, the lady behind the counter became visibly irritated, stating that they don’t accommodate such requests. She then called over a male colleague who proceeded to inquire about my nationality and whether such practices were common in my country. This questioning was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since my family was present inside the store.
I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, especially considering I was a paying customer trying to clarify a simple order request. It's disappointing that such behavior was exhibited in what should be a customer-friendly environment.

Any self-respecting ice cream shop offers its customers the chance to taste the product before deciding what flavor they want to get. This place is one of those exceptions where they'll say no to you, even if there are already people in your party who are consuming and paying with money in front of them.
Personally, I like helping businesses thrive, because in any business there are always people behind the scenes working hard to see it flourish. And I think most people feel the same way. But, have you ever stopped to think why, to this day, absolutely no Cocolini in the Las Vegas area has even 3 stars? You guys are clearly doing something wrong.

Not just bad gelato, but the WORST food place ever.. the guy working there (Middle age) thinks he owns the place and is rude for no reason and a bit of racist. We were a large group with kids and kids took 2-3 mins to select - no one was behind us so there was no rush. The guy. The guy got annoyed as hell. when I tried to show the size to the family. He shouted DONT TOUCH CUP .. I had barely touched (from outside) so that my family (including kid) can see the sizes. We took 3 different flavors and asked for 4 extra spoons so others in the family could taste and order more. He only gave 3 spoons and shouted again that he will not give more spoons. I told him to charge me for it and I am fine with paying $1-$2 whatever it is so that everyone can taste from 3 orders what we got and then decide to get more - he still rudely refused.
