Dunkin' — Restaurant in Paradise

Whoever was on scheduled todays shift between 1030am-11am there are two ladies that were pretty rude if you dont like your job just quit. I ordered two croisant sandwiches and a medium vanilla icedcoffee and she gave me an attitude when she gave me just plain black iced coffee i corrected her and said i ordered vanilla she said its vanilla flavored coffee she probably thought that this was my first time ordering. She gave me an attitude as i’ve tasted the coffee i realized she ddint put sugar in it so i asked if i can get stevia she gave me only one piece i ask if i can get 3 she did with an attitude like shes doing me a favor. There was this other lady that is rude as well. I said excuse me three times i didnt hear her when she said hold on a sec when she wasnt even facing me and her voice was really low after the third time i said excuse me she was irritated and i said oh i didnt hear you. Then i asked if i can have a cup of tap water then with an attitude she answered we charge 2.99 for water. So i repeat it again if they charge 2.99 even tap water. And thats when i walk away because of her bad attitude. If you dont like your job its time for you to quit. Dunkin donut train your people to be nice to their customer that will be...

I'm really torn on what exactly to say about this location. Upon initially shopping at this location I realize there was a whole bunch of young people and a lot of them lacked simple basic customer service skills. I find myself saying thank you all the time and never get a you're welcome.... Many of times my order wouldn't be made out correctly and it was a mobile order (how do you get that wrong). I reached out to corporate and it's gotten slightly better. However tonight I simply went to ask for a cup of ice fully intending to purchase it if necessary. (Starbucks can and will charge you) So I was prepared to pay for one. Virginia denied me a cup, mentioned they do not sell cups of ice and wouldn't even do me the favor of giving me a small cup with ice. Let me just say this. I buy Dunkin every single shift I work here in this mall. I'm not entirely sure what the personal pay of your employees is. However maybe get more seasoned employees pay them better and maybe get better results. I had to hightail it to Starbucks to get myself a cup of ice not only did it get a cup of ice I got the largest cup of ice they offer...

I am really sad to hear this, but I was surprised about what happened and what I witnessed. I was stopping by this Dunkin’ Donuts, and when I entered, I saw these two ladies yelling at these gentlemen, honestly with no reason and I picked my phone up and recorded what happen? I hope Dunkin’ Donuts take an action about what happened because to those gentlemen who were tourism, and I think that was a racism case. Please look at that look at the picture and the video what I’m gonna boast and I hope Dunkin’ Donuts contact could take connection.
