I cannot say enough about this place, it seems less crowded than the one in the Venetian which is probably due to the Shot Show. Anyway, I rarely post reviews unless I have an experience that warrants it. I was in Las Vegas for a few days and had been told this place is a definite go to and that is correct! This is one of few places you can go in the area that is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is awesome. You can choose to sit at the bar and socialize or get a table and just chill which takes some work to find a place like this in Las Vegas…trying to just be alone I mean. But, you can definitely do it here and then get back out and enjoy the Palazzo and the Venetian with all they have to offer. Let’s talk about the food and service, I came here twice with the first time I was sitting at the bar. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I have had with having actual chunks of chicken in it. The flavors and culinary style used in making this…took me back to when my Mom made it when I was a child. The bartender is phenomenal and knows how to make the most refreshing margaritas! The second day I sat at a table in Kimberly’s section. She is one of the best service staff I have ever had. She was able to answer questions about the food and offered her recommendations and why she felt like those options are good choices. She is excellent in her describing the food and…it is just as she said. Anyway I ordered the double smash burger. This was a perfect choice for something a bit hearty to eat but not overwhelming since it was lunch. The burger was cooked to perfection, with just a bit of oil dripping and the cheese was melted to the point that it dressed the burger in its own little jacket made of cheese…. It was one of those messy burgers…after all the best burgers are always the ones that you must use your napkin!! This met that criteria for sure! Lastly, I had the butter cake with ice cream per Kimberly’s recommendation which was also delicious. The butter cake is hit with a flame to make it crispy on the top, moist in the middle, and chewy on the outer ends coated with sugar. It is accompanied with a scoop of ice cream and whipped topping which are always great to have with this delectable dessert. When in Vegas, this is a must go to! Thank you Kimberly for an amazing...
Read moreTHE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE PROBABLY EVER HAD TODAY: showed up for happy hour for my moms 65th birthday celebration. My mom is handicapped walks with a cane and we had a family friend (85 years old) with us, the hostess told us we couldn’t sit at a lower table because there was only one server and those low tables weren’t in his section and he already had 5 tables SO THEN the same hostess sat someone in a lower table and at the high top behind us and what do you know?! The same waiter took on table 6/7/8 but we couldn’t sit there because he had already had 5 tables ? So realizing how many appetizers we ordered we thought maybe we should ask the waiter before the food comes to have more room, we asked him and he literally said hold on I need to go check, we explained that we had already asked and they gave us a hard time, meanwhile a gentleman came with our food so now my handicapped mother is struggling to get down from the high top we had to carry all the drinks/bread plates over to the new tables ourselves. When the waiter was finally helping us I told him man not a good experience already the best part is I had to get up and go ask for a happy hour menu when we told the hostesses we were there for happy hour to celebrate a birthday. In the meantime, the waiter went over and talked with the hostesses again like they were spreading little high school like secrets to each other about us and the hostesses both gave us dirty looks the entire time, my MAI THAI actually made me want to vomit, the food was terrible so we decided to leave. It’s a shame too because we would’ve sat there almost all night and drank and kept ordering food and because of a simple request and not accommodating us and how the overall treatment was, they missed out on a HEFTY bill! The manager (gentleman with flower Hawaiian shirt) was SUPER NICE and understood the situation and assured us it would be handled while also taking care of the food and drinks we didn’t like. I’m sorry but I still felt the need to leave this comment because ALL FOUR of us still have such a sour taste in our mouths and had a horrible time here today. I truly hope both hostesses read this post and realize how much of a birthday was ruined and what a bad experience it was for us. They definitely need a career not customer service based. SO DISAPPOINTED AND...

Grand Lux Café delivers exactly what you’d hope for in a solid dining experience great food, a wide variety of choices, and service that makes you feel taken care of. Prices are middle of the road, but the value is excellent given the generous portions and consistently delicious flavors.
Our waiter, Morgan, was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, he made sure we were comfortable, never letting our drinks run low, bringing extra napkins without us asking, and checking in at just the right times. It’s rare to find service that attentive and seamless, and Morgan really elevated the entire meal.
As for the food everything we ordered was spot on. The Asian Nachos appetizer was the star of the show: a rainbow of flavors layered perfectly, each bite better than the last. The Korean BBQ chicken was tender and packed with savory-sweet flavor. The steak and meat dishes were cooked beautifully, each cut bursting with richness and seasoned just right. Pair all that with their wines and beer, which were served in generous pours, and it made for a dining experience that felt indulgent without being over the top.
Grand Lux Café is the kind of place you can count on for consistently great meals, whether you’re in the mood for something casual or a little more refined. With its extensive menu, excellent service, and food that truly satisfies, I’d happily give...
