this is where we stay on my bday for 3 days,and there is a dirty cutip and paper towel under the chair of where I put my make up on.i was mistaken to put it in the other part of the hotel,anyway they are the same?but I saw the picture of our room so,that is the precise room we stayed at.well, I just like the whole thing except for that "disgusting" part. I like the "thriller" it's the automatic curtain. And the huge tub....very sexy ....you feel sexy in there.well you gonna see the whole pool area too by the room where you are.and some other views.like what I said,I hope that someone will never experienced that anymore.cause when it's me "I will get refunded right away",it is just that it's my birthday.it was very time consuming and it is not the time for a debate.but yeah,this hotels together was very luxurious "I wonder if the real ceasar lives in there" fr. LoL. cause they got a vault also to keep your belongings."...

I have been a raving fan of the plaza prestige for over 20 years The staff is so amazing and I consider them family. However today I had a incident that made me question the training of the security staff here. Today Tim would not look up if I was on the prestige list and told me I had to go to the front desk to get a key. I informed him that I was on the list and he hit me with a terrible attitude. I had to ask for a manager and then he said do you want to speak to a manager or have me look on the list but I won't do both. The manager came and handled the situatgood very well. However Tim continued with the negative attitude and really did not make my first impression on this day and by the way I've stayed at this property well over a 100 times.
