Ordered delivery, pizza and garlic bread, 2 waters and side of ranch. Told hour to hour 15 min wait. Took an extra 15 min, no worries there, that I get. Missing 3 items we ordered. We can deal without the waters and ranch, but the cold pizza and bread sticks for over $50 is beyond unreasonable. When I called to ask for refund for the missing items, I informed them the food was also cold and they just said they would tell the manager, no apology. Almost like it was normal. Honestly my fault for not reading the reviews first, they stuck the menu in our hotel room door. Guess it's the only way they can make money. Surprised to see something that was reasonably priced...found out why. Was planning on ordering tomorrow night but that definitely will not happen. BTW the garlic bread is bad cold, can't imagine it would even be good warm, glad the ranch didn't come, would have most likely gotten sick from that. Do better.

Despite initially enjoying the food and service during a previous visit, my recent delivery order was a letdown. When placing my order for a pineapple pizza with an additional topping of bacon, the person taking my order was polite and patient. However, upon delivery, I received a pepperoni pizza instead. Despite numerous attempts to contact the delivery person and the store, I received no response or assistance. Furthermore, when I tried to explain the situation to the store, the communication was hindered by interference, and despite confirming my ability to speak Spanish, I was left on hold with no further assistance. This lack of response and failure to rectify the mistake has left me deeply disappointed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service processes to prevent similar experiences...
Read moreBurger was decent but pricing and charging is a mess, different prices on the menu the slipped under the door from their website, both different from what I was told was the price after taxes and fees on the phone (the phone total being higher by a decent amount), and then they charged more than they told me by a fair amount, called to try to get it straightened out and gave up after over an hour on the phone, most of it on hold, will almost certainly dispute with the credit card company and after seeing some of the other reports here I've locked the card, well this is why you bring a spare credit card on vacation, glad I did, still a pain, especially as that card is saved a number of places.
