Nestled in the tunnel downstairs of the MGM Grand, Pieology offers a delightful pizza experience that feels remarkably homey. From the moment you step in, the tantalizing aroma of fresh-baked stone fire pizza fills the air, setting the stage for a delicious meal.

The best part about Pieology is the make-your-own pizza concept. With a wide array of fresh ingredients to choose from, you can craft your perfect pie just the way you like it. Every bite is a testament to quality, with the pizza being both fresh and incredibly soft on the palate, reminiscent of the pizzas you'd order at home.

I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Nate. Working solo during the late shift, he seamlessly managed to prepare pizzas and attend to customers with remarkable efficiency and a great attitude. His dedication to ensuring a fantastic experience truly stood out, and I believe he deserves recognition for delivering what I consider “great customer service.”

Pielogy is a pare back version of Mod Pizza if you’re familiar with that. This location did an amazing job whipping up fresh, on the spot custom pizzas very quickly. The staff was very pleasant and the taste and variety was wonderful!

I love to find hacks for my purposes and this place helped me get close to finding a smaller serving at a cheaper price. I got eh kids pizza (they didn’t mind at all) for $8.99 for a one topping, but I upgraded it to get all the veggies I wanted! This cost a total of $10.99–a virtual screamin’ deal on the Vegas Strip for those who know!! I then bought a bottle of soda and they gave me a free small cup which I filled with ice and enjoyed for hours sipping on!

I sat at the small bar watching the cooking and wood-fire baking and serving—it was fun! Kids would love this!

Then I just hopped out and hit back onto the Monorail to get back to the Convention Center within a few minutes!
