I stayed in tower 3 room 24-820 for the month of April. I really like to love this property because there are good reasons to do so but there are some aspects of my stay that I just couldn’t ignore. Im writing this review not to rant but in the hopes that someone in the property would take this as teaching moment and lessons learned to improve their current operations. If you are a Marriott elite member esp Platinum and above where you are used to being treated a certain way and it is extremely important to you, I would think twice staying here. The most is a 1 pm checkout which you have to beg for. No complementary water in the room unless you ask for it and go downstairs and making changes to your reservation once you checked is such an awful experience depending on who you deal with. You will be charged a prepayment upon booking which is not clearly indicated in the Marriot website when you book. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. Lets start with the good! What really sold me this property is my excellent customer servicer experience with Ms Shanel D who I spoke extensively on the phone and went out of her way to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. She was really on point, the kind of service you get from 5 star properties maybe. I really thought that was going to be consistent in this property but sadly it wasn’t. I did inform her way in advance that there is a possibility that I will be shortening my stay a day earlier and she said No problem. She added all the notes in my account. Several folks from tower 3 told me as long as I inform them before 11 am on the day I want to early depart, it should be fine. Another manager also was able to move one of my reservations a day earlier I was not able to get their name All these happened before checkin. Good Start! The property is non smoking. They are condotels with generous space even if they are showing age. Most importantly, the room they assigned to me was quiet corner room. The cleaning staff does a fairly decent job in servicing the room. The locations is not bad. I was able to walk to the Venetian in 30ish mins. The gym was small nothing to rave about, the pool area in tower 3 was smallish so I had to go to MGM all the time. It was crowded and if you come after 10 am, chances are all the beds are saved. Now the bad! Bleach smell when I walked in the room. The pool in tower 1 is only open on weekends You get a mix bag on the front desk folks in terms of service but none of them are memorable or worth mentioning. There are also times when you call from your room to request items that you will be waiting a long time on hold. The worse part of my experience that really took stars out of this review is my experience with the evening staff from tower 2. The evening before my departure I had to go to tower 2 since tower 3 front desk is not open 24h. I spoke with Angel and she told me that it couldn’t be done. I was advised to call Marriott rez since they are the only ones who can do it (false). Ive been a Marriott member for a decade and once the reservation is in progress, central rez can no longer do anything, only local front desk people can access it. I called Marriott and that’s exactly what they told me. I asked to be connected to a manager that evening and ended up speaking with Corina who told me she can only do a trace but cannot amend the rez. Basically giving me the impression that what was told to me by their colleagues is incorrect and I will end up paying for it based on the wrong information given to me. On the day of my checkout I came across Charles who happily modified the reservation. All the aggravation and runaround given to me by the evening shift left a sour taste in my mouth that erased all the good aspects of this property. And I even spotted incorrect calculations in the Bill that Angel helped me correct and sort out. This property could have gotten 4 stars but this front desk experience alone gives me an overall...

I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because management has changed its pricing strategy significantly, as compared to 2019. We are now getting charged almost twice the $ amount for the same room with fewer amenities included in the package. See also below.
The on-site staff deserves high praise. They are very friendly.
Update from July 2024: We are back and again quite happy with our 1 bedroom suite; this time in Tower 1. Tower 1 suits as well because it’s a shorter walk to the pools at MGM Grand. We love the Lazy River. Heads up: it will remain open until about 11/10/24; weekends and Friday only from September onwards.
Written one week before Thanksgiving in 2022: I have to be honest, I got a bit nervous after reading the most recent reviews before our stay at The Signature condos. As of November 2022 there were a multitude of 1-2 stars reviews for this property
Update on Thanksgiving 2022: We have arrived and yes the policy on kitchen supply has changed indeed. They are not complimentary anymore. There is a charge for even spoons, forks, knives and the skillet. It was a bit of a bad idea to leave our skillet at home. Luckily, I always carry one of my red Gefro knifes with me when traveling. The kitchen had no cookware, silverware, plates, dishwasher detergent or any detergent at all. It was totally empty of such things essential for cooking, eating and cleaning. Here is the hook: the hotel left a form with details on how to order these things for a fee; $40 and up. Image to be posted.
The check in was pleasant and we got upgraded to a higher floor when the key cards for the first room assignment did not work. It felt nice. Thank you to the staff!
A big shout out to the staff: They are all friendly and working really hard. The valets remained friendly and patient even on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving when everyone seem to arrive at once. The driveway was backed up way into to Harmon Avenue.
In conclusion, our 2022 stay at this property in Room 620, floor 25, Tower 1 was pleasant. Room 620 is a corner suite with a view of the airport and TopGolf. There were a few things that needed to be fixed; like the lock to the small bathroom and the stove and oven. Housekeeping was very responsive. The room keys worked most of the time. Elevators were not crowded except for Wednesday before thanksgiving.
The pool was small but in very convenient location. We also recommend to check out the pool at the MGM grand.
Reviews from our pre pandemic visits in Las Vegas are below. We stayed at The Signature 3-4 times. Our last stay there was over Thanksgiving 2019. Our suite on the 15 th floor of Tower 2 was relative good value for money. The cost for 3 nights was $684 ( including resort fees and taxes).

Read moreSERVICE & TRANSITIONS -- 👍I was wary of customer service initially; staff seemed indifferent on day 1. That was clearly an anomaly bc everyone I encountered afterwards was spectacular! Attentive, sincere, & positive employees full of great character.🙏 The valet is especially jovial & efficient. Public spaces were clean and adorned in so much gold.✨ It's a decadent & strategic lobby design that bridges the towers + casino experience really well. I love it! Laundry was also free. MVP employees: security guards
ROOM (Deluxe Suite Penthouse) --👍 https://youtu.be/qXnsJnx76oE Modern furnishings, spacious dimensions, plenty of storage, & a classic vibe. Pictures online were unattractive, falling to highlight the value of this room. Not to mention this view -- the best part -- floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a dynamic scenery, progressing with the day.🤩 Chairs, couch, etc were sturdy and comfortable, just lacking ergonomics. The lighting was a disaster: there are so many switches; the effort of locating them all isn't worth the mediocre coverage.
BED -- 👎I enjoyed this mattress immensely~. Everything else about the setup was underwhelming. The pillows were hollow -- absolutely NO loft -- undersized, & weirdly wrapped in King-size cases. Too few for a party of 1 or 2 guests. Rough linens; a thread count & weave that just felt abrasive. Bed-side tech utility was impressive though: wireless charging, usb charging, bluetooth, overhead lights.
BATH -- 👍 Remarkable... This was the biggest soaking tub I've ever seen-- bigger than the Carriage House or Sea World (Orlando) tubs!🤯 Impressive water pressure & temps heat FAST. A "sink TV" was an unexpected & fun experience. Too bad it only gets ~10 working channels (sports/news). The toilet phone was also clutch. Towel quality was amazing. Overall impressive amenities, minus the non-descriptive bath products.
TV/ENTERTAINMENT/ACTIVITIES-- 👎 42" HD LG TV, with a nice mount. Unfortunately, cable is super spotty here. There's ~20 channels max anyway. Connecting external HDMI's for streaming isn't a smooth experience with this solution either. The pool & casinos have better televisions anyway.
WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION -- 👍 Blazing fast. The lack of encryption is my only complaint. --Performance-- Video streaming - good Online gaming - average Video chatting - good --Nerd Stats-- 107-110 Mbps download 140-149 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 12 ms latency 2 ms jitter
FOOD & DRINK -- 👍 Not DoorDash friendly. The kitchenette is fully-stocked so it's a great time to cook a few home meals. Vending machines & ice on the floors. Even more snacks & convenience shops can be found just beyond lobby/reception. Starbucks too (limited hours)! in-room: ✅ microwave (mini) ✅ mini-fridge (medium) ✅ coffee ✅ tea ❌ wet-bar ❌ mini-bar
NOISE -- 👎 You want to bring noise cancelling headphones for this one. Any hallway commotion can be extra loud. The pool parties/DJ, from 37 floors up. Babies crying & elevators whirring could be heard even at the end of the hall.
LOCATION -- 👍 Security is strong: Gated property, security guards, & keycard activated elevators. The complex is well-designed for guests to effortlessly utilize all towers + transportation to the casino. A designated rideshare area is also setup.
RATING & RECOMMENDATION Despite being noisier than anticipated & dropping the ball on bedding, it was a solid staycation. I could see myself staying here again & would recommend it if you're able to source a good rate. 4/5...
