I was on vacation and Rocks the Jewelers sold me a fake gold necklace. Or at least I thought it was fake due to a being magnetic. I didn't realize it was gold had so much iron in it until I got a magnet close to it. I reached out to Rock's the jeweler to see if we could make things right. They did agree to send me a 14kt semi hollow chain to replace the chain that I had been wearing for 2 years. The chain was about 20.9 grams and my other necklace was 25 grams. However my other necklace was 10kt and this chain was 14kt . In the end I feel like I got a fair deal, not a great deal, but a fair one. Thank you Michael for helping. Thank you Rocks the Jeweler for making it right. In the end it wasn't the best experience but store making an effort to recognize the situation makes a huge difference to me...
Read moreI came across Rocks while staying at the MGM. I needed a new watch and decided to take a look. The store had a good selection of watches and the saleswoman happened to be pretty darn knowledgeable about the watch makers. (You don't find that much these days.) She was patient while I tried on a number of different watches, some more than once. But I finally choose a nice looking Breitling watch and I'm glad I did because I get compliments on it when I wear it.
