I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Kini so that others can make informed decisions before doing business with him.
I contacted Kini about purchasing several items he had listed. After some discussion, we came to a clear agreement on the price and pickup arrangements. Everything was confirmed — the total cost, timing, and other logistics. At that point, I considered the deal final and made preparations based on our agreed terms.
However, shortly afterward, Kini reached out to say he had received a higher offer from someone else and that he would no longer honor our agreement unless I agreed to pay more. In other words, he tried to renegotiate a confirmed deal purely for more money. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
When two parties come to an agreement — especially in writing — it should be honored. Changing the terms after the fact, just because someone else is willing to pay more, shows a complete lack of integrity and business ethics. It’s not just bad practice, it’s a waste of people’s time and energy. I had already arranged my schedule and made plans for the agreed pickup, only to be told I’d have to pay more or walk away.
This isn’t how honest or respectful transactions should be handled.
If anyone wants to see proof of our agreement — I’m happy to provide screenshots of our conversation.
I strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with Kini. Based on my experience, I would not consider him a...
Read moreI just started learning the One Piece card game and one of my friends recommended that I check out this local game store. First off, the location is accessible, close to the center of town and near the freeway system. The store is well organized and clean and there is plenty of parking in the lot.
As for the product offerings, there were many options for single cards and the staff is always helpful but you have to ask for the person who is knowledgeable with the specific game. I was looking for One Piece cards and I got help from Cody. Since I was a beginner with One Piece and someone who has not been playing with trading card games for many many years, Cody always was really helpful and gave me some advice on my deck building. I've actually been there multiple times and he was always helping me out.
Prices are competitive, if not the best on my side of town. They also have a website and I hear they are expanding to even more locations. I was there for mostly One Piece but they had even more of the latest Magic: The Gathering products. There was also Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon and others I could not recognize.
Definitely recommend that you check this local game store out! It is what keeps...
Read moreJust to preface, I always do a few orders or visits before doing a review for an LGS.
I have had a few orders from Many Realms now and I can say that they do an absolutely AMAZING job with packing and shipping! I had a box of MtG shipped to me this last time and it was packed so the box could be tossed around and no damage would ever happen to anythingon the inside. To top that off, the box I received had an easy open tab they made out of packing tape. It said pull here and when you got done the box came right out without having to cut the tape or bubble wrap.
They also have awesome prices and are extremely fair with new releases of products. There is even a last chance page where an increasing percentage is taken off over time on the products there. They sell all kinds of stuff from TCGs (plus singles), board games, Warhammer, along with all the items you need for them amongst other things. You can also ask that they order certain games and id they're able to get it in, they will. So go give them a try as I highly recommend them and if you do have an issue, contact them first and I know they'll make it right!
If I can ever visit them, I'll give an update on the two...
