No blonde panels like I asked for so the extensions she slapped on there didn’t match, very noticeable esp with her large round sections: No way of styling it and hiding them, I am a hairdresser and knw how to style hair. Where she claimed that was my reason for being unhappy I had to learn how to style Them lol Everything start to finish ended up a total nightmare: $1500 in and I was left with this. Not given all the hair I paid for , no receipt. Cassandra hair ghoul is not certified to do extensions like she claims. She could care less how this left me and the fact I had to have emergency re install in less then 24hrs annd she wasn’t urgent to want to fix it but why would I subject myself To that again anyway ? I’m a hairdresser, and I would never leave my client this upset without makin it right and doing all I can to avoid this right here. But this action is my the last resort before I take her to court. She had weeks to reply and make this right. No instead she ignored all attempts sent $300 back and said nope I dont do refunds: she is a scammer will take your money and give zero empathy about it. It felt very intentional and I’m Not sure why. Tho her reasoning is she had a bad day. She was suppose to cut them down, melt them and use brown round cylinders. Instead she just stuck them through WHITE weft cylinders That were very noticeable and poked my head as well as tore my hair from how it was parted incorrectly. She was honest she didn’t knw how to do the invisi-weft I said that’s ok let’s do what you can and are certified to do, this is what she gave me 🤯 unbelievable. Oh The haircut that was suppose to be included in the Installment, I got them extra long to cut It up nice and shaggy, she said oh, that’s why I get 18 and 20 inches so it naturally layers against the curve of the head lol I’m glad she didn’t attempt and ruin me further cause the next morning another stylist saved me and killed that haircut with no holding back so she clearly couldn’t do it yet still charged and not fully refunded for the install. Or the hair that’s missing: Almost a full Pack. it was so scraggly from it not being prepped or washed, I looked like I crawled out of a well from the ring. Embarrassing had to do a client after and she said who did this to you: so Very incompetent and was insanely uncomfortable for me… esp the fact I now have this whole ordeal weighing on me, wondering how and why and how she could care less to make it right? All I wanted was to relax and be pampered for once in my career. I was a full paying client who did not once act like a stylist and let her do her thing like she said it would be better to give her creative feeedom ? Definitely felt intentional , Lazy and rushed yet she knew how much this meant to me and the anxiety I feel letting someone take control of my hair after doing it myself always. I thought she’d take good Care of me and trusted in that what a big mistake. Makes me sad and feel very stupid. She’s smart to leave this as the only way to...

Hair/makeup studio and photo studio all in one cool spot. Came here to get bridesmaid makeup and hair down by Mengxi and Michelle respectively, and had such a positive experience. Both were supremely talented and the outcome of my final look was on point - I looked and felt fantastic (yes, I am humble). Horrible experience!!!! I had an appointment at 4:00pm on 5/15/18 with Mercedes, I showed up over 30 minutes early for appointment. 4:45pm she was still working on someone’s extensions, not even close to being done!! I booked this appointment over three weeks ago. How can you take extensions knowing you have another appt?
