So i dont know if you guys got my fiancees comment, but i also like to give this place zero stars so i go in and my fiancee uses the restroom and manager jaffett actually tells me i cant get free waters unless i make a purchase completely trashing me and judging me and my mans appearance i did want to cry and the fat overweight barista hailey she is the only one who is fat working there if any of you get her in the drive thru make sure you guys look at her name tag because if she gives you a different name like briana or something else now you know its hailey my man went to highschool with her and when we got the horrible service of being told we couldnt get free cups of ice water even tho the starbucks on downey ave and rosecrans by the paramount highschool they accomodate you with pouring your own water thats why i love that place and please give ed the manager respect he is a wonderful man and trys very hard to give back to the community he even puts out flyers of the highschools events near the bar amd amparo is super nice ..... But this place isnt , completely disregarding me. And making me almost cry i never ask for a grande or a venti always a tall , and on another note others have rated it 2.5 stars for bad service and slow in the drive thru there have been times where hailey did get my starbucks drink wrong and i would just like to say i wish they would improve on there bad...
Read moreThe third time in a row that I had to toss my coffee due to sour cream. I noticed the 2nd time that they just leave it out, likely all day just sitting there on the counter. I’ve called and nicely told them their cream was sour.. It is not getting passed on. Summer is on the way there going to leave that cream out sitting on the counter. Nasty. Don’t order anything with cream. Your chance’s might improve with milk instead. I know for certain that I am not the only disappointed customer. Yuck! It is a splurge and really disappointing. Time before last, I told them that my coffee tastes funny not good she says I’ll make it for you. She did not and they gave me back the same coffee. I couldn’t believe it. I tossed it in the bushes. I didn’t go there the third time someone brought it to me from that Starbucks same thing, the cream was sour. Everyone dumped theirs I wasn’t alone. Terrible! Poor management. Read moreI received a $10 Starbucks Card for Christmas. I used my card one-time to purchase an oatmeal at the Drive-Thru at 8819 Alondra Blvd Paramount CA on December 27. I did not bother to get a receipt. I went back to the same Starbucks December 29 to use my gift card but there was nothing left on the card. When I went home today, I realized that the cashier on the 27th gave me the wrong gift card back. I do not know if this was done intentionally or not, but I don't see how this could be done unintentionally. I know that I received the wrong card because of the $0 balance, and I remember going online the day after Christmas to see how much was on the card and I distinctly remember peeling off the back of the card to obtain the security code on the back of the card. The card that the cashier gave me still has the security code covered. I would like to receive some restitution even if it is only $5 to cover the remaining balance that should have been on the card.
