Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Paramus

Filthy place run by filthy people. Two years ago one of their employees did not wash their hands after using the bathroom and touched my food. I was so violently ill that I nearly died. To this day my stomach is not the same and will never be the same. I have chronic stomach issues and developed ulcers and ulcerative colitis because of a lazy filthy employee. I can not enjoy any food without my stomach exploading. I am perminabtly on a strict diet of basically bread and rice for the rest of my life. Any time I add something else my stomach will be upset for the next month. This all could have been prevented from that one employee not being selfish. If they had good management skills they would respect my request to pay for my stomach treatment and daily medications but hey pretend to not understand when I...

Just went to the Charleys in Garden state plaza and my experience was terrible. I ordered a chicken california (chicken with ranch and cheese) and a buffalo chicken sandwich (chicken, buffalo sauce, onions, and banana peppers). they basically gave me 2 chicken california’s except one had onions on it and called it a buffalo sandwich. there was absolutely no buffalo sauce on it and when i showed it to them they hand me buffalo sauce to basically make my own sandwich a buffalo chicken sandwich (and still no banana peppers). this was my first time trying charley's cheesesteaks. I just got the regular cheesesteak combo with the fries and drink. the sandwich was pretty good, i liked it. the fries were great, big and crispy real potato cuts with the skins still attached which adds even more flavor. the service was not friendly at all, the young girl at the front didn't seem happy to be there. although i enjoyed the food, the price was outrageous. $15.75 was my total for a watered down soda, a small serving of french fries and a medium sized sandwich. i probably wont be back because...
