LAZZONI Furniture Paramus — Local services in Paramus

My wife and I were moving to a new apartment and wanted to purchase all new furniture for a living room, bedroom, and den. We knew we wanted a contemporary and sophisticated look, and also be comfortable and livable. It would be rare to find everything you loved in one store, but we did at Lazzoni in Paramus. Our designer/salesperson, Ceylan, was so pleasant and accommodating, and dedicated so much time, energy, and effort to assist us over multiple trips to the store. We evaluated every possible combination of the furniture choices, fabrics, surface materials, colors, and finishes, and scrutinized our selections over and over. We are very exacting and deliberative. Never did Ceylan display any frustration or impatience with our process. In fact, she appreciated the collaboration and finalization of our order. We also had requested some alterations in design to some existing furniture and ordered several custom-designed pieces as well. Any individual associated with Lazzoni, such as Kayed, who schedules the deliveries, and any one of their delivery personnel or furniture technicians are the most pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and careful.

Once the delivery occurred, some of the custom-designed pieces had some issues with how they were constructed. When I placed a call to the store, Eren, the Director of Sales and Operations USA, scheduled an appointment to come to our apartment to inspect and evaluate the pieces. He acknowledged our concerns and assured us that all will be resolved to our satisfaction. He provided us with a to-do-list, outlining each one of our concerns and how they would be resolved. He apologized that we had to endure this process and promised that it will be as smooth and as rapid as possible and to keep us posted on the timeline of each item. As an accommodation, he even added some additional custom modifications to some existing pieces that he would investigate and consult with the factory in Turkey. He communicated with us on the progress of the reordered items as he said he would. Eren was the most wonderful representative that any organization can have. He was honest, forthright, and conciliatory, true to his word on everything. He returned to our home to inspect that everything he promised was resolved and that everything met with our satisfaction. We are truly grateful for his diligence and the attention and service he provided to us. He went above and beyond to make us the most satisfied...

In 2017 I bought a set of Slim S chairs from Lazzoni and I was thrilled with them. They are the best chair I have ever owned. They are super comfortable and aesthetically; these chairs looks awesome; true to its name; Slim Short. Fast forward 4 years and I have just purchased my dream home. It is time to decorate my house with some more Lazzoni furniture. I ordered 6 additional Slim S chair along with a Fly Table for my dining room. I waited 3 months and finally the chairs arrived from Turkey. On my second purchase I noticed there is no covering underneath the chair and without this covering chair looks naked once you flip them over. I called Lazzoni to inquire it and perhaps even a possibility of adding the cover on it. I talked to Ceylan Zehir and John regarding this specific issue. I was told that this is the new design upgrade for the chair and that there is no way to attach the covering onto the chair. It makes no sense to me that they can’t attached it because that wasn’t a problem on the 1st batch I purchased. Why not the 2nd batch? If Lazzoni design and construct the chair from the ground up I see no reason why this can’t be done. What they meant is that they don’t want to do it because it perhaps requires too much work. Needless to say, I am pretty disappointed. This is NOT an upgrade. It is in fact a DOWNGRADE. To say the least, I won’t be shopping with Lazzoni furniture for the foreseeable future unless they can remedy this issue for me and I would welcome it. Update: 05.10.2021 Take a look at the Quality of the Fly Table. I don't suggest anyone paying $3,500 for a table with this kind of quality where the edges peels...

We had the pleasure of working with Beyza, Azad, and Hamza at the Lazzoni furniture store in Paramus, New Jersey. They were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire design process. Once we finalized the designs and fabric choices through emails and calls with Beyza, we placed our order and eagerly awaited delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised that despite the customized nature of our order, everything was delivered on time - a testament to Lazzoni's commitment to quality and customer service. When the delivery team arrived, they were professional and efficient, making the entire process a breeze, and every piece was delivered and assembled perfectly.

The furniture itself is nothing short of perfect. Each piece was expertly crafted and looked even better than we had imagined. We're thrilled with the contemporary European look and feel of the pieces and have received many compliments from friends and family.

Overall, we highly recommend Lazzoni furniture to anyone looking for high-quality, contemporary furniture. The entire experience - from the design process to delivery - was exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.
