Natuzzi claims that they “offer nothing but quality.” Unfortunately while purchasing my sofas, I learned that the following labels are attributable to Natuzzi, namely; “Liars,” “Cheats,” and “Scammers.” The first issue to arise was that Natuzzi promised us the Sofas in 3 months end, however we received our sofas in 4 months. Better a month late than never delivered I thought, however I was in for a surprise.
The late arriving sofas were damaged either during manufacturing or during delivery. Initially when I pointed out the leather damage to the drivers, they responded that this is normal and that the “stretched” leather goes back to normal within a few days. A few months later, the sofa leather is still damaged and it never went back to normal. Not a problem Natuzzi will take care of us I thought, wrongly so. Natuzzi sent people out to us twice to “repair” the issue, each time the problem was not solved. Not an issue, I thought that Natuzzi would replace or take back the sofas. After all Natuzzi prides itself on quality, instead they deceived us. Natuzzi refused to return or replace the sofas.
In the midst of all these issues, Natuzzi representatives promised us 15% off our next purchase. I needed to add more sofas to my collection anyway, I was appreciative. While hoping that Natuzzi would resolve my initial issue, I discussed ordering another sofa and utilizing my 15% off, instead they backpedaled and assured us not only would they never replace our damaged sofas, but also that they “never” promised us the 15% off.
All in all, my experience with Natuzzi is one that disappoints and disgusts me. The saddest thing I did, choose Natuzzi over their competitors. I should have bought my furniture from Mitchel Gold, Roche Bobois, or RH. I had a far better experience with a competitor in the past 6 months. Modo actually took care of me when there was an issue with bedroom furniture set.
Just to reemphasize, based on my experience when compared to those claims made by Natuzzi, I believe Natuzzi embodies “LYING,” “CHEATING,” and “SCAMMING.” Natuzzi should be ashamed of cheating hard...
Read moreLet me first say that I am never the one to write a bad review as I understand that things we have no control over do happen. We purchased a dining room table with chairs as well as a king size bed from Natuzzi in August 2018. King size bed is still incomplete as an essential part of the bed was not included during the delivery. Delivery team was extremely careless when bringing the above items into our home. They scratched the floors as well as the wall in the dining room area. I was not home during the delivery and when I arrived, I found the parts of the bed unassembled and on the floor. Of course at that time the store was already closed and the delivery company informed that they had a wrong part of the bed and that I need to contact the store for details. I called the next morning and was quite disappointed in the lack of concern or care for what had happened. I was quickly dismissed and handed over to another store manager who was to figure out what went wrong. Long story short, I am still waiting for the correct part to arrive from Italy. Customer service is non-existent and no updates are given. I am also yet to hear an apology about the delay or the delivery damage that was done. They have certainly lost a customer as I will never shop there again. I am glad I purchased most of my other furniture from Roche Bobois next door. Read moreI was furniture shopping with my family for our new house. We stopped by Natuzzi to look at a few items. I liked a sectional which was on floor and asked for the pricing&availability. The guy who was taking care of us went in to his office and took his time forever just to tell me how much that same sectional costs. In the meantime my kids were bored and walking around. A young, short guy with glasses who seems to be the owner or store manager and said your kids are touching the store decor. I said oh, okay and went to staywith my kids and told them not to touch anything. Then the guy came out ofhis officewith the price so I walkedaway feom my kids, and the same guy came back to me again and said something abiut the kids and stay with them. I was super pissed as he had this attitude and was super annoyed. When I go to a store with my two kids, first of everybody else I explain them not to touch anything and they are okay. Guess what happened? I walked out of the store and went to Mitchell Gold which is next door, and purchased a sectional there for about $8000 and not have to wait for 3 months- all made in US.
