Never had a problem here. Fast service, friendly and accurate with my orders. The food is good, especially the new additions on the seasonal menu. You have to try the chicken pecan salad sandwich. It's absolutely delicious, and as huge as it is, it's well worth the price. Red grapes, apples, pecans, diced chicken breast meat on thick slices of healthy whole grain bread. Just the right amount of mayo. I love the old standby of the classic roast beef sandwich whenever I'm hungry and fast food is on the menu. I'd rather have an Arby's sandwich than a burger anywhere else. As for their seasoned curly fries, I love these things and I eat them every chance I get, wherever I can. Having said that, I can knowledgeably say that Arby's has the best curly fries of any fast food outlet. Their seasonings are just right and they're not too heavily breaded. They have a thin, crispy outside with a fluffy inside, as long as you enjoy them while they're hot and fresh. I love the cherry turnover for breakfast, but they must be popular with a lot of other people too because they're not always available. Try one if you can. I really like the French dip sandwich; it's good sized and comes with a generous portion of au just for dipping. It has a good flavor and the bun is perfect, nice and chewy. You can see I eat here a lot, in fact, I'm waiting for my Arby's meal to arrive with my friend as I'm writing this review. Classic roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a large root beer float. Read moreI will never have Arby's again. Visited this location just before 5 today. There was only one lady in front of me at the drive-through and nobody was inside eating. I thought she was just ordering a lot, but it turns out that there just wasn't anyone to take her order. It was 5 minutes before an employee answered. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier to repeat himself because I couldn't hear what he was saying. It sounded like he was so unhappy to be there, that he was just throwing words together under his breath without clarity. He then proceeded to yell through the mic when I asked him to please repeat himself. I was going to cancel my order right then and there, but decided to brush it off and pull up to the window. I fully understand that sometimes it's just a bad day. However, I got my food, expecting it to be hot as it took so long. Nope. All of the sliders were ice cold. So cold, that the cheese never had a chance of melting and remained a perfect square. I went inside and asked for a refund and left. Here is why I will not be returning though. I was still craving Arbys, so I went to the location off Parker and Lincoln on my way home. While the cashier was very nice, the food was not much better. The meat was chewy. Some sandwiches were warm, but none were hot. This is very disappointing because I use to love Arbys growing up and hadn't had it in a while because...
Read moreCame in after the Lunch rush to find the restaurant understaffed: no one was manning the front counter and two other employees had to assure me someone would be with me soon. This wasn't a big problem for me until I realized the shift supervisor / manager was sitting in a booth with another employee chit-chatting. Maybe it was his break, I don't know. He eventually left the booth and worked the front counter but as soon as the post-lunch rush died away he was back in the booth.
The restaurant appeared clean, but upon closer inspection it wasn't. A napkin under that table, fries under that one and left over food wrapping on yet another. Not to mention the dust and crumbs on just about every flat surface.
The employees were nice though. Everyone was extremely focused on customer experience which I always appreciate. I did overhear some talk of them sending at least one employee home for being (visibly) sick but I have to wonder how much food he touched before he vomited enough for a fast food manager to send him home. These places usually run lean...
