Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life by owner of restaurant. We have been faithful customers to this local establishment for years but no more. Through some staff “accident”, our online order was “thrown away”. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes beyond when our email confirmation said that our order should be ready, my husband approached the gentleman who looked to be in charge, incidentally the owner of Chang Noi. When the owner said he didn’t see our order in their computer system, he told my husband to order again. When my husband explained further that we had already paid and showed him our confirmation of order/payment sent from their system, the owner spoke with a staff, who admitted some paper order confirmations had been thrown in trash because all the orders should be able to be seen on the computer. But apparently our order wasn’t…. so after the owner dug through the trash and found the paper copy of our order, he conceded to placing our order again without charging us more to get our food. So accidents happen and the restaurant was busy, so we were not trying to make a big deal about the mistake. It was the attitude and terrible customer service of the owner after the mistake was discovered that is why we will never go back and that I am writing this review of a restaurant in our community that we had loved. We had already waited for over an from when we had ordered online and 40 minutes past when our order confirmation had said the food would be done and so when my husband asked how much longer would it be before our order would be ready (because we needed to go pick up one of our children), the owner said he would “try to work it in to the other orders being made”. Not, “I’m sorry for the mix-up and we’ll get to work on this right away” but instead “everyone is waiting so basically we’ll get to it when we get to it”. After everyone that had arrived and ordered after we had, had received their food and my husband was the last customer waiting, our order was finally ready. Almost 2 hours after we’d ordered and over an hour after they’d dug our paper order out of garbage and agreed to make our order, we got our food. The owner can blame the staff for the mistake of the order being tossed but the real problem was his incredibly awful treatment and service of a customer. No pride of ownership here at least not by the owner which is such an utter disappointment because those that create the amazing dishes have never...

Update to owner response I did mention to one of the ladies while I was at the restaurant that it was taking a really long time. She apologized. That was it... I did not know the food was bad until I got home.

It has the same intent, whether I made a phone call or left this review. Which is to inform you in a constructive way some things that could probably use some improvement. While also letting the public know my experience. I personally rely heavily on google reviews when making decisions for myself. This is to hopefully help you and others. I will change my review if I have a better experience in the future. Best of luck. **

I REALLY wanted to like this place. Especially after majority of good reviews... But we did not have a good first time experience 😔 We ordered online for pickup on our way back from a very tiring all day fishing trip in the mountains this past Sunday evening around 6pm. Online quoted 20-30 mins. Perfect since it was going to take us about 40 mins to get there from where we were. Got there and I STILL had to wait another 20 mins. Pretty frustrating. Especially when there were only 3 tables dining in. One was a larger party. But still.

Then to make matters worse, the food wasn't great. Both our noodle dishes were VERY dry and SO spicy. I did read they upped their spice levels, so we ordered a notch down than normal. But dang it was hot.

The coconut soup was good and spring rolls were just okay. Overall not worth the pretty expensive price point nor the...

BEST Thai food in Parker by a LONG shot. Service is great and may be slow at times as they are still fairly new and working out kinks, but be patient as they are pleasant and the SUPERBLY delicious food is well worth the wait. One of the owners is hands on in the kitchen, always uses fresh ingredients and genuine Thai chili. NOM NOM NOM. My family visited and everything melted in my mouth and burned soooo good! I like it spicy and they nailed it! My mom and bà nội (grandma) would most definitely agree! My stepdad (who grew up on fried food and is a country boy) LOVED EVERYTHING. Every restaurant can make mistakes (never had one from them personally), but I find it’s important to give them grace if it ever does happen. These 1 star reviews definitely don’t seem fair or kind. Don’t ruin a business that’s been worked so hard for! We need less corporate and more of these in America! They are everything! Keep on keeping on! You guys are amazing. On a personal note- I met the owners outside of their business supporting local business and I was their server. They were so patient and treated me so well! Not only do they offer amazing meals, they are wonderful human beings. Be kind everyone. Off days are bound to happen literally anywhere, but this business is worth it all around! Community come together- AND GO! I love you guys!!

Update on the review was simply because I use the word “links” instead of “kinks”. I stand by everything I said! I hope to come back soon as I’m...

I was in the area for a week on vacation and found this place on the first day of our trip. I love Thai food, and this fabulous restaurant introduced me to a new dish and everything we ate here was excellent. It was so good that I returned on my last day in town to eat here again before I left. The new dish I had not had before was the Pad Prik Khing. This dish's sauce is impressive and filled with great vegetables like green beans. I got chicken for my protein, and it was tender and delicious. Eat it with a little steamed rice, so you do not leave any of the sauce behind. I also had the Panang Currey, which I thought was a delicious version of this classic curry. It had a terrific depth to the flavors, and the chicken I ordered in it picked up the flavors nicely. This is one to eat with some rice and enjoy. We also ordered the Drunken Noodles, a classic noodle dish with the exact flavor profile you would expect from this dish. The service was friendly and welcoming. I left feeling like I had just had the opportunity to visit their home and enjoy a home-cooked Thai meal.

I've been really enjoying new Asian cuisine in Parker. The choices have been limited and loved that this restaurant opened. They have an amazing lunch menu with really decent prices. I always order their pad Thai with tofu. Their serving size are decent where you can definitely apply between two people if you also order an appetizer. I highly recommend their Thai tea. It comes in a giant kraft. I have yet to try other items yet but from what my friend who comes with me to enjoy lunch said she loved her dish. The service was amazing, and they checked in multiple times to make sure we are doing ok. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for other Thai restaurants in the area.

So happy to see Chang Noi open. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. We tried the drunken noodle, green curry, and green papaya salad coupled with a Thai tea boba and Thai iced coffee. The service was sensational and we felt like their first and only customers even though more than 10 people were eating in. The vegetables are very well prepared, the drunken noodles are the perfect texture and thickness. Overall, a great experience and looking forward to coming back so we can try more. They were great with ensuring GF and vegan options too. Update 2023: Still amazing, always friendly employees, always great food!
