Edit: The prices have become ridiculous, but then everything is going up. However, there's no excuse for the $6 "delivery charge" when they have no skin in the game. The drivers use their own cars, including gas and insurance. The drivers don't just deliver pizza either; they work inside the store in between deliveries and have to help clean up and close the restaurant. The delivery fee isn't the only thing that's outrageous either, the pizzas have gotten smaller and the toppings more sparse, including the cheese. The crust is flabby and chewy and the pizza itself doesn't even look or taste the same. What used to cost me $15 now costs me well over $35 bucks. $35 for icky pizza and coke for one person is way too much for me. I've found a different go-to place for delivery pizza for half the price for better tasting pizza. I've left my previous review up below to illustrate the vast difference then and now. Previously: In the 6 years I've lived in my home, I've ordered from this particular Dominos location more times than I can recall, and I've never once had a problem, nor been disappointed. The quality and taste of the food is exceptional, far exceeding that of other locations I've ordered from. The same can be said for delivery service; every delivery has been within 20 minutes of completing my order (via the app), hot and fresh, error-free, and always by a friendly, efficient, polite driver. And need I say anything about their pricing? I can eat for 2 days on less than $15, including tax & delivery using the coupons button on the app (for one person, obviously). This Dominos store is, in my opinion, the best by far of any Dominos location in the entire Denver metro area. If you live in Parker, you're hungry, and you're a little short on funds (or even when you're flush) you can't do better than to download the Dominos app and order from their location at Parker Road at Plaza...

Calling in the order I was on the phone for twenty minutes between being put on hold, going over the order, and then having to give my card number 4 different times. When I went to pick up the order I stood there for over ten minutes (I'm being generous), with 3 employees just feet away from me, with no one saying a word. I watched my pizza sit and get cold on the edge of the oven while the employees stuck stickers on boxes, until finally a fourth employee walked out (I was the only customer there), and asked if I'd been helped. I let him know that I had not, but that my pizza had been sitting there and the only interaction it had with the staff was getting sneezed on by the employee with the mask pulled down under her chin. She literally turned her head - now facing the pizza..... And sneezed on it.
Turns out they had also gotten my order wrong. They asked if I wanted to wait another 7-8 minutes for them to remake one of the things they messed up, but after being there almost 30 minutes at that point, I declined.
Because of the order error, they needed to rerun my card.... For a fifth time. Did they offer any sort of discount? No. Did they offer to comp my soda? No. Did they offer a coupon of a future purchase? No.
After that experience and serving/eating cold pizza at our get together, I will likely never go back. So...
Read moreOrdered through the app, multiple items. The order actually came/delivered pretty fast. Got 2 pizzas, specialty wings, some stuffed bread, and a pasta bowl. One of the pizzas was smashed on the lid of the box, but it was only about one slice of pizza so not that upset, but it was just warm, not hot and felt under cooked? Maybe? I did have a lot of toppings. But they gave us the wrong pasta bowl. Ok, It happens. We have been ordering from this location for years and every now and then it's not that great. So I call in... get out on hold immediately. After being on hold for 45 mins I drive down there.. still on the phone. Get there and there's a couple people waiting for their order and 5 or 6 employees I can see. Ask for the manager and tell them the issue, they apologize and say they don't have the staff to check on the phone. I point out, and show them my phone, that I've been on hold almost a hour, they apologize again ask what they can do. The Manger seems.. over worked? Stressed? Not sure, they are remaining professional and trying to address the issue but I can tell that while they aren't happy there is a problem, it is what it is. So I just get a refund for the wrong item.
Not sure what was going on, they are all working, I can see that since I drove here. I am left feeling conflicted with this...
