To the owner of this Jersey Mikes: We are very frequent Mikes fans and enjoy sandwiches all over. The store in Parker near Bellco is hands down the worst store I’ve ever been to. Let me explain. We arrived in the restaurant and waited about 5 minutes to place our order, there were 2 people in front of us. We were greeted by a gal in glasses who reluctantly took our order. We waited about 10 more minutes and eventually our order was rang up. Total for two sandwiches was about $27 with drink. We waited another 20 minutes and after at least 7 or 8 orders were served before us we asked what was happening with our order. The lady that took our order said they messed it up and were redoing it. 5-10 MORE minutes go by and we ask again?
Your employees responded very snidely that they only had one guy on the grill and they are getting to them “In the order they take the orders, and there were a lot of orders ahead of ours and they are starting it”. This is something you tell people when ordering, not after they’ve already waited 30 minutes.
The attitude we received was horrible and this frustrated us even more since we were the only ones IN the restaurant waiting, we were definitely not appreciated nor was our business.
We will never go back to a Mikes in Parker and will be researching who owns the Mikes franchises so we can avoid the management of this franchise.
By looking at the other reviews, it appears there is a management problem at this location and we wish you luck in figuring it out before all your customers who have literally spent $1000s in your store...
Read moreOrdered online and went to pick up my sandwich and there was just one guy working during the start of the lunch hour. There was another employee towards the back who may have been a trainee (she disappeared quickly) and the guy said "I'm the only person here, my Manager went to go pick up more employees so I can't get to online orders until they get back"... OK... People kept streaming in and it seemed like the poor guy was probably a trainee as well and only knew the basics. He was doing his best but he was not able to get through any orders in the 15 minutes I waited and the Manager never arrived to help him. THIS POOR GUY WAS IN HELL and I feel nothing but terrible for him. At this point I just asked him if I could cancel my order, which he told me he did not know how to do but he could have his Manager do it when she arrived... OK... I walked out of the store to watch a person in a pull up wearing a Jersey Mike's uniform (I recognized her as a shift Manager from other times I had been to the store) and she and her other "employee" proceeded to stay in the car while she finished the cigarette she had hanging out of her car window. The fact that my order was never cancelled or refunded is pretty minor compared to throwing the poor kid to the wolves. The Manager absolutely should be held accountable for treating her Associate like trash, putting him in a horrible position and not leaving anyone in place who could actually help the customers. Read moreI ordered online for delivery vs. going in to the store for the first time. It was a disaster. My food was supposed to arrive at my house in about 30 minutes, which was great. That time came and went. The app finally updated and continued to update... The food finally came over an hour after ordering it. I called the restaurant twice during this time and they said it was DoorDash's fault and they couldn't do anything. I understand, but you have to be able to help your customers somehow! I asked if our sandwiches would be an hour old (i.e. gross and soggy). The manager did not know(!) she said she hoped they had been remade before being picked up for delivery... So, when the food arrived, my sandwich was completely wrong. Ingredients included I said no to, and the main ingredient to make it the sandwich I ordered was missing. When I tried to call back to see if they would help now, the phone always rang to voicemail. ...
