Don't go here! Every time, the sandwich is wrong. And last time, when I had a relative pick up sandwiches, they were supposed to get a couple of free pastries because the the lousy job they previously did. But the manager told the relative he "might as well give them all the food they have." Something like that. And said he, as the manager, would get fired if he gave away all the free food they were supposed to get. And when the sandwiches were done, the manager threw one of the sandwich containers on the table at my relative, and looked angry. When I got my sandwich, there was literally shredded turkey meat everywhere on the bottom of the container. The sandwich was sitting on top of the pile of meat. And part of the bread was off. It literally looked like the sandwich was purposely made in a passive-aggressive way, with even the sauce missing it seemed. Can't confirm it was made with anger, or out of spite, although it definitely was below average. The everyday workers at the restaurant have always been nice in the past. But the people who make the sandwiches often get them wrong, and last time the manager had attitude. And although the food can be good here, I'll go to the Castle Rock location for now on. Will not be going to this one like before. By the way, this review isn't about revenge. It's about accountability. How is a store going to improve without accountability? At the very least, hopefully somebody from the store sees this post and they improve their customer service and are more careful with how they make sandwiches, so this kind of stuff won't happen in the future. We shall...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe past month I've been to Kneaders twice and they're slacking in my opinion, first visit I ordered my kids the kids combo and their sugar cookies were not soft like they usually are! They were Hard and crumbly! Awful nothing like how they were before this visit! The kids were like this is not normal Kneaders sugar cookie! Along with this visit, my turkey cranberry croissant had literally a tbsp worth of chicken in it, and the rest was Cranberry sauce and no lettuce and no cheese like the many times I've been there I've had on my sandwich.... I thought maybe they had short staff that day, I don't know but it wasn't like anything I've experienced at Kneaders before....fast forward to maybe 3 weeks later, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'm having the turkey cranberry croissant sandwich again, this time there is Lettuce, cheese and more chicken than cranberry sauce! And I went to the drive thru and the lady gave me the bag covered with soda on the bottom!! I said excuse me this bag is wet on the outside and I'm not putting that in my car! She said ugh sorry about that do you want a new bag?!!! Ummmmm yes please?! She rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed? Then I gave her my Kneaders frequent flyer card (she never asked for it but you use it right?) and she said sorry we only honor that when you come inside and not the drive thru? Since when did that happen?!!!! I ordered sugar cookies again and let's hope they're the normal soft sugar cookies and not the hard crumbly kind I got 3 weeks ago š³š shape up Kneaders or you'll be losing a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience. Went in the drive through when it was not busy. Barely any cars in parking lot, and only one car in drive thru ahead of me. Ordered 2 smoothies. We were going to order one treat, but when we asked, they were out of eclairs, brownies, and lots of other food. So we didn't get anything else. We pulled up and waited for the car in front us to get their order. We waited... and waited... and waited... We ended up waiting about 15 minutes just for the car ahead of us to pay. Then we waited even longer.. 20ish minutes in, we ended up calling the owner because it should not take this long. They said it would be taken care of. Well, at about 25 to 30 minutes in, the other car in front of us finally got their food. It was literally just a drink and what looked like 2 sandwiches. Why would it take 30 minutes to make such a small order? We finally got up to the window, and the person working said it would be $X, we paid, and they said "it will be one minute" like we've not already been waiting 30 minutes. We never got a "sorry" or anything. Not even compensation for waiting so long. Once we got the smoothies, they were chunky, like they were rushed. We would have just drove away and gotten smoothies somewhere else, but we couldn't. Seriously, kneaders, step it up. Why should someone wait 30 minutes in a drive thru just for food.
Edit: Went back here again, and I found a gnat in my tomato....
