Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Parker

We ordered pizza for my family to watch football this afternoon. My husband went and picked it up and came home quite quickly. We immediately started to eat. After my husband took a bite. He said that it was raw. I tried my pizza and low and behold IT WAS RAW AND GUMMY. I thought no worries I'll call they can remake and we can get it done. The gentleman who answered the phone said that because we had already taken pieces from the pizza the next step would be to put it in our own oven as we had already taken bites from the food. I asked for the manager and he put me on hold.. here's where it's funny. I hung up and the man who called my phone back sounded identical to the man who said he was not a manager, but yhen identified himself as MILES. He then said what can I do for you. At that point I was already in the car on my way to take the pizza back. I told him the gentleman was rude and I would discuss it when I got there. When I walked in, there were only 2 guys working. When I asked him where the gentleman was that answered the phone he said he sent him home. Doesn't make sense as it's very busy and shouldn't be sending anyone home during a lunch rush. Fishy story, fishy service... not quite sure what the purpose of lying is but this is by far the most ridiculous location I have ever been to. I have never felt more frustrated with a pizza joint in my life. I will be contacting corporate to establish who the GM or Region Manager is.. or if it is in fact a franchise.. I need to know that customer service is a thing of the past and a simple pizza order can be executed...

We ordered the big box deal. We ordered a Supreme, and a Meat Lovers. They made both pizza's Supreme, and had toppings on wrong pizza. We also ordered Cinnamon sticks with extra icing, but didn't get the extra icing. We had special instructions asking No Doorbell Please Knock. When order arrived we were 10 ft away from front door waiting for a knock. The driver never knocked, and just left in on our porch. When we called the manager said she would talk to driver about knocking since it was in the instructions. She also said she would send out a replacement Cinnamon sticks with an extra icing. We waited again, and again the driver just left it on our porch with out knocking. The order also was just 2 regular icings. We never got the cream cheese icing we paid for. We debated about the tip since PH charges almost $6 for delivery fee which the drive doesn't see. So we left a bit over $6 for the tip. Next time no tip since driver's can't follow instructions, and at least knock to let someone know their food...

Our dough was just barely cooked as if the only concern was to have it be technically edible, but still not cooked throughly. It was soft and limp and when chewing it was like eating a ball of raw dough. Same with the breadsticks.

Our cheese was sour tasting as if it was in a freezer for month and forgot about once thawed out. Our pizzas also were cold when delivered. The only thing good was the breadstick flavor toppings.

This is a constant issue when we order through this location and tonight’s meal has completely given us the facts that there is no point in wasting our money and cease ordering from Pizza Hug especially this location.

After a long day and ordering pizza is the only break you can give yourself so you can sit down for a few minutes, it’s extremely upsetting to have low quality food given to you.
