Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders — Restaurant in Parkland

I ordered a Magoo sandwich and paid to have the tenders tossed in sauce and to add cheese, i got none of it. 3$ added to the sandwich and it came plain. I called the store to ask what happened with my order and talked to a manager who said his name was "T" who wanted to rectify the mistake and told me to come in tomorrow and hed comp a meal for the mess. I also ordered dipping sauce for the fries i thought it came with but uber eats only has the a la cart listing not realizing that which was my mistake. Aside from that lets bring in the cost of that a la cart sandwich. The magoo a la cart is $13.57 on Uber eats. Tossing the tenders is an extra $1.20 I also added both cheeses for $0.79 twice. Its not a major difference but $16.35 with no fries makes this a bit hefty for the plain magoos sandwich i received. Especially ordering it off uber eats and paying their delivery fees and what not. After that lets talk about the let down i went through walking into the store and the manager i talked with wasnt there and then getting told by the general manager that i need to contact uber eats to get a refund and there is nothing he can do for me without letting me tell him what happened or letting me get a word in. Uber eats for a refund requires pictures. To me that feels like im the one being cheated for their mess up because he wouldn't let me talk and basically turned me away and said theres nothing he can do for me and the manager who wanted to rectify the mess up wasnt there.

In food cost alone it would have been cheaper for him to comp a meal to make up for the mistake than for me to request a refund like im working on now as i write this review....

A co-worker recommended Huey Magoo's to me recently as we were discussing how my kids love chicken tenders. I had never been to Huey's before, but decided to try it one day after work. I had the nicest, most patient team members help me with my order, Chanel and Tee. They both guided me through the menu and even let me sample a chicken tender with their signature sauce. They were so helpful and kind! The chicken tenders were excellent and full of flavor! They came out hot and fresh. In my opinion, the tenders had more flavor and tasted better then Raising Canes tenders which are a bit more bland. The signature sauce is delicious!! It's thick and creamy and really nice and peppery. It paired extremely well with the tenders. The homemade ranch was great too! We ordered a family meal and had plenty of food. It was a good value for what we paid. We look forward to returning to Huey...

Went in today for the first time and it was 10 out of 10 SO GOOD! when we first walked in the menu resembled Canes, when we received our order and started eating it right away both my teens shouted "oh yea, this is WAY BETTER THAN CANES" honestly canes does not even come close. The chicken is crispy on the outside yet tender and melt in your mouth juicy on the inside. The fries are great and so is the toast. Their sauce is also really good and not over salted like canes. We loved our entire experience and we are so happy this has opened by our house! we will be coming back often. Ps - also wanted to add that their salads are massive and such a great bang for your buck! The buffalo chicken sandwich is soooo good and spicy. I love that they give you a lot of chicken on the sandwich and you don't feel like you are just eating a bun like...
