Express Boba — Restaurant in Parkville

I passed by this by accident, tried the Phnom Penh Noodle Bowl. I was so shocked, it was great. A cambodian look at what I love about Vietnam Pho'. It suprised me. A really good bowl with ALL fresh ingredients. Plenty of rice noodles and broth, All the basil leaves, bean sprouts, green onions were 100% fresh, not a limp or soggy one in the bunch, cambodian sausage and beef slices, with a packet of hosin sauce and Siracha chili sauce to add to your broth. It was great and right down town parkville in a carry out window, so there isnt any atmosphere but the food is why you go. I cant wait to try the Angkor Fried rice, and the Char Kuy Tew.
