I will never go to this location again. I pull up and the drive thru has like 7 cars. So I go inside thinking it would be faster since there are no cars parked. I go in there is one person ahead of me. They take their sweet time ordering. Then it comes to me the only other person in line, no one behind me. I’m waiting while the cashier takes her sweet time opening rolls of change. Then she’s holding a $50 in her hand “it’ll be a few minutes”. So I wait like damn near 5 more minutes, while she’s around the corner getting change and talking to whoever is getting it for her, taking their sweet time. She comes back “ok I’m ready”. I said “I don’t need any change what so ever I am using my card and there is no one else in line”. “Oh I’m sorry about that”.
Why am I waiting for your cashier to open multiple change rolls?? Why am I waiting for her to get more change??? Better yet why am I waiting even longer while she talks to her coworker around the corner while she is getting change. I was literally the only one in line left and was using a card. Make it make sense. She couldn’t have taken me, you know the only one left in line and then proceed to get change when there isn’t a customer waiting in front of you??? I don’t get it at all!! Come on now.
I wouldn’t be standing at Dunkin Donuts if I wanted to take forever and be at a sit down restaurant. This is fast food and coffee. I am here because I want literally one thing a coffee. Obviously this is not the location for me because I don’t have the patients and I’m mot always going to bite my tongue. This one and the one on snow are both horrible. I’ve never had any experience like this at the one in Parma Heights. I guess have to go to that one every single time, even when I’m not close to that one.

They were either using cameras, which is a good thing, but when I get to the window window, they had no clue what I ordered and they just throw both of my Boston creams in a bag, not wrapped it anything and all the icing came off and all over the bag we ate one of the donuts ate half of the other and threw it away, total piss poor customer service I’ll go to Starbucks where they give you more napkins than you need and wrap your stuff and gently put it in the bag and are very professional.
Here again on December 1, I’ve been in the drive through line 21 minutes and I’m not even at the speaker yet Maybe you guys should pay your employees a little more or just shut the place down if you can’t even provide a decent speedy service. How can Starbucks just a thousand feet away be so much faster why don’t you charge what they charge and pay your employees a little more while I’m waiting nearly a half hour in line while your employees make 5 to 7 dollars during that time I’m losing hundreds You may ask why do I continue to wait because I just want to see how long it will really take I am a blogger and a businessman and this is beyond pathetic. Read moreStopped by on Friday morning I had I’m mobile order and this really nice young lady whose name I think was Samira was very kind to me and adjusted my order with urgency and got to it and give it back to me in less than a minute I really liked how professional she was even The service was really busy. She showed me compassion and urgency time to make sure my order was ready as a walk-in. Everyone else was there talking or not doing anything But Samira made sure that my order was correct and apologized profusely and it was a amazing experience 10 out of 10 I will come back just because of how she interacted with me and addressed my concerned with urgency and such a friendly and welcomin tone and made sure my order was correct and I ended up not being late for work, which I truly appreciate this is customer service and Attention to detail that this location needs very badly !!
