Proceed with caution when ordering from this Domino's, especially if you're a woman! I've received quality food in a timely manner nearly every time I've ordered from this Domino's, but I will never be ordering from this store again. I placed my last order on Sunday, March 13th, tipped my delivery driver James nicely, and left nice comments when filling in the review portion for ordering online. James then decided that it would be entirely appropriate to access my personal information and take my phone number in order to contact me. He did so under the pretense of thanking me for my comments, and indeed left a voicemail doing so, but then proceeded to ask me out. I was alarmed by his offer, but I did not say anything as he had simply asked that I give him a call back if I was interested. I was not and so I did not call him.
He then proceeded to call me 10 more times in the span of three days, left another voicemail, and sent two texts. I consider his behavior to not only be disgusting given our age differences and my not having done anything to encourage it, but also insanely inappropriate. He violated my privacy by accessing my personal information and taking from it my phone number to use in an entirely inappropriate way. I provide my phone number, as do all Domino's customers, to aid in the process of ordering products and to be available should the store need to contact me for any reason. A man attempting to prey on a young woman is not what I agreed to be subject to, and is certainly not covered in Domino's privacy policy. Try as he like, James cannot brush this all off as an attempt to thank me as I still have both voicemails, both texts, and all the call records from this mess to prove otherwise. If he wished to simply thank me he would have stopped at that and not propositioned me and continued to harass me.
This ordeal has left me feeling wronged and a bit fearful given that he can easily locate my home address and other information in the same way. I don't think this is the first time he's done something like this, but I certainly hope his managers will do something about his outrageous behavior. I can't bring myself to order from Domino's again for fear of having to see James again, and for fear that there will be other men who will target and harass me in the...
Read moreI ordered one large pepp pizza w/ Canadian bacon, one order of the stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta cheese, and a 2Liter of pibb. What I got was a large pepp pizza w/ bacon that had no toppings in the middle ( every first bite of each slice would have been just dough had I eaten more than a slice. The bread was a complete disgrace it was dripping in oil and had about a pound of Parmesan cheese thrown on top. The bread wasn't even cooked properly due to the amount of oil on it. It was the flattest bread I have ever seen. The only thing right in my order was the 2litter. Now when I called to ask about my order I was promptly handed off to the manager on duty "here he wants to talk to you" is what I heard when in fact I didn't not even ask to talk to the manager just was concerned with my order. So I repeat myself to the manager and she tells me that this is the new way they cook the bread and that it's normal to be dripping oil..... ok well what about my pizza? She goes off to tell me the difference between Canadian bacon and regular bacon, I listen to be polite, but I have ordered pizza the same way for 20yrs and have never had issues ordering my favorite pizza. I tell her I understand and that they still got my order wrong even tho they know the difference between the two bacons. Then she gives me a response of " well umm do you like want us to bring you another one? Like tonight?? Or can we just credit you later?" By then I'm super upset tell her not to worry about anything because it seemed to have been such an inconvenience to her rather than me who just spent $30+ on food to get everything (except for the drink) messed up. The bread was inedible and honestly gross to look at. And the pizza was extremely unsatisfactory. I could make a pizza better with my...
