Subway — Restaurant in Pasadena

If I could give you zero stars I would it’s been multiple times that I have came to this location and the girls are always talking amongst each other. They see you standing there and they won’t service you. She put her gloves on so slow you give her your order and she keeps making you repeat it like it’s funny. The last time I went in there, they told a customer they don’t make tea no more The darker lady with the curly hair kept scratching at her head before she put her gloves on And her and the other girl which is I believe, supposed to be management kept talking about their personal life in Spanish and laughing back-and-forth while I was ordering my food she wasn’t even paying attention to me .. the lettuce look so yellow and old. Since now. They have it cover and you can’t see what they are serving. You you won’t know their products aren’t fresh till you actually take a bite horrible customer service. And horrible food all round. The drink machines are filthy. On top of that. I just went. And walked out I was standing there. And she wasn’t even paying just looking at...

Horrible manager MARIA! I ask the young lady helping me if the Italian bread was fresh or crunchy she said it is older and crunchy. The gentleman in front of me said it was very crunchy when they cut my bread so I changed bread. I ask the lady helping me can I have fresh bread? She went to get the bread out of the bread holding place and Maria came up and said very loudly I might add “ you have to use the bread displayed before using the fresh bread. And the young lady apologized.They were in the middle of making my husbands sandwich and I said I will not eat at a restaurant where I am paying my money to have stale bread and the see how the manager Maria speak to her employees so unprofessional and in front of customers. I will never return to this store. I will travel 14 miles when I want a subway again. Maria needs management training and if it’s try the employees can’t use the fresh bread instead of the old bread until it’s gone Subway needs...

While i was paying for my food the guy working at the counter very unprofessionally asked me for my instagram i said i had a boyfriend. as he proceeded to make my food he made me feel uncomfortable making small talk(this was a couple months back). I then come in about 2 months later see him working there again debating ordering the food (i think he wont ask again right?) after i order my food and as i'm paying he then asked for my number...i then said i still have a boyfriend and made me feel uncomfortable again. i never want to go back to this subway. he had short dark hair he was around 5'7 please remove this young unprofessional child from here as he should...
