Customer service at Popeyes is nonexistent. It's actually a crime to get any resemblance of service. I came in for lunch with my wife for a quick bite. Didn't even order two meals and it cost over $23. No sauce either, except for the ONE singular dipping sauce for the chicken fries. The chicken was crusty and dry, choked on the dang things. My throat and tongue felt roughly violated. Chicken shouldn't be sharp and consistent with 120 grit sandpaper... My wife wanted ranch, so I go up to the counter. Tell me why three employees ignored me while I stood there. Bird dogging at me for daring to ask for something. The audacity right? God forbid one of them do something extra for all of thirty seconds. After asking for sauce I got told I got some for my chicken fingers. The lady gives me attitude because I said it's for my wife's meal, the extra sauce I'm requesting. She wanted to know what my wife ordered before reaching for the sauce. She wasn't going to give me sauce at all if my wife hadn't ordered a meal... But hey, I learned something. I learned it's the equivalent of running a marathon for a Popeyes employee to reach for sauce. Like they earned a medal or should be decorated for valor. It's places and encounters like this one that gives fast food a bad wrap. You don't have to have a stank attitude, you don't have to interogate people to hand out sauce. People get mad at Popeyes workers because they show how much they loathe their job. I don't want to join the gate, but if y'all want these stereotypes to vanish then that attitude and matching behavior needs to go. Do...
Read moreI've been here a few times now, and it's very hit or miss. I suppose the inconsistency is due to either the specific crew working at that time or the supervisors or managers and their training skills but the chicken is just never consistently good. Old and rock hard chicken is pretty common here but the shrimp or anything else for that matter other than chicken that requires instant cooking when ordering is always on point. My best guess is they cook a lot chicken before hand and then serve it even after it's been sitting a while. The shrimp tackle boxes are my favorite. The biggest issue with this place is the incredibly small parking lot. the spaces are too small and close together and pulling in and backing out is very tough and accident prone. They do have 2 spots for curbside though so that might be your better option. They don't always have the same store specials on their website or app, so check the store regularly for best pricing. The tenders are now mostly breading and crunchy batter, Church's chicken used to have good tenders when freshly dropped but now that they switched to the texas tenders they are terrible. Popeyes still has the best biscuits in the...

After ordering our food to dine in... there were no condiments, napkins, silverware! While sitting down waiting on our food.. husband gets hit yet again from another ceiling drip from in the dining room, also old stain drip on ceiling. When I get our order the manager then tells Me there is only 1 apple pie and that he can replace the other apple pie for a biscuit? Umm no.. I’ll wait for the other apple pie.
