McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

This review is taking into account that it is, in fact, a McDonald’s and not a five-star restaurant. If you come here expecting a Michelin Star then you’re the one to blame.

We are evacuating due to Hurricane Ida, coming from New Orleans. Our usual McDonald’s are a crapshoot of what you can expect at any given time of day. In comparison, this McDonald’s was a sharp upgrade.

We arrived at the McDonald’s hoping to snag some last-second breakfast. They serve breakfast until 10:29, and we arrived around 10:25. I fully expected to hear they had nothing left to serve, as the McDonald’s around us routinely stop making items hours in advance just to make the lunch swap easier. Surprisingly, it was quite the opposite.

Everything I ordered (enough for three children and three adults) was not only available, but it tasted hot, fresh, and perfectly acceptable. From pulling into the drive-thru to leaving with our large meal couldn’t have taken more than two minutes.

Their speed and quality is on my all-time greatest McDonald’s experiences, alongside a particular one in Florida which had the absolute best and most perfect steak bagel I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I ordered breakfast through grub hub with included 3 eggs, 2 sausage, 1 sausage egg biscuit, 1 hash brown and 1 coke. When delivered there was no eggs. So I physically go to the restaurant (it's inside Walmart on Fairmont near Preston in Pasadena Tx) to pick up another whole breakfast. So I'm fixing to leave the store and happen to check the bag and this time there's no sausage. I find the worker that handled this to be extremely incompetent, not only to screw up one home delivery order, but to screw up a pickup. Knowing I was unhappy, there is no way in hell the second order should've been screwed up, but it was. Be careful when eating here and be sure and inventory your order before taking it home or having a service such as grub hub or door dash...

Play some mobile order I got to the window this was Christmas day it was extremely busy in the drive through the doors were locked so I couldn't go to the counter like I said on my app so we got back in the Drive-Thru around waited about 30 minutes finally got to the window and nobody answered the speaker we got frustrated and pulled off that's when we check the doors the doors were locked I never got my food for my mobile order which was $4.31 my order number was XL 17 under the name Valerie. When I got home I tried calling the store to get a refund and the voicemail was full I'm still trying to figure out how to get...
