The experience at this restaurant was really disappointing. The Hispanic waitress who served us (around 30–35 years old) had a completely indifferent and unprofessional attitude. She walked by our table several times without ever asking if we needed anything while, she was being friendly and attentive to others. We came to enjoy a nice meal but ended up feeling ignored. I really hope the restaurant pays more attention to the kind of service they provide. The place might be good, but the poor service ruins everything. Entered order for a single panini at 1:55pm. Website said be there at 2:07pm. Arrived at 2:11pm. A guy in the back said it's only been 16 minutes since you ordered. I said the website sais 12 minutes. He said the website doesn't know how long it will talke. He said it would be a couple more minutes and added that I was lucky they weren't as busy as earlier -- I would have had to wait an hour. Never a "sorry" or "thanks for waiting." At 2:25pm I had to leave without my order because I had a 2:30pm conference call. Based on the number of similar complaints I've now seen on Google, my account will surely fall...

Tried the new Panini Kabob Grill location. It’s been open for a few months, so I figured I’d give it a shot. The salad, rice, and pasta were consistent with what I’ve had at other locations — fresh and flavorful, which I appreciated.

That said, the chicken just wasn’t quite there yet. It lacked the tenderness and seasoning I’ve come to expect from Panini Kabob. Hopefully, it's just growing pains as the kitchen team settles in.
