Prolece Tea — Restaurant in Pasadena

Today was my first and definitely not my last visit to Proleće Tea in Pasadena! It was hands down one of the best tea Mojitos Ive had in southern California. I personally had the sparkling (YES SPAKRLING) strawberry Mojito with the lowest sweetness and it couldn't have been more refreshing. The perfect blend of strawberry tea and minty Mojito goodness. The blueberry Mojito was also shockingly good. Usually I'm not the biggest fan of blueberry flavored things because they tend to taste "artificial" but this one definitely had a fresh taste so that just added to the experience. Now let's get to the Boba... 10/10 would recommend their classic Boba. It was a great consistency and somehow was the right amount of tenderness and definitely not overcooked!The next time you find yourself wandering about colorado Blvd in Pasadena California do yourself a huge favor and stop on by this cute little...

I can't say how the tea was because their hours were posted incorrectly both on the website AND right on the door (they actually open at 12:00). I was waiting outside this morning with another person confused as to why the door was locked at 11:30 when it should have been open. I had driven 30 mins to try this spot due to the great reviews. I knocked gently on the glass when I saw a woman inside to ask if they were opening soon. Her expression etc appeared as if I had insulted her and she v rudely told me "our hours changed" and then slammed the door in my face. I never write negative reviews because everyone has off days when it comes to the product, but if your posted hours are incorrect, you should expect to have folks coming by during those hours and not treat them like...

Ok, I am more a purist guy when it comes to tea and coffee - too many varieties of sweet teas usually drive me crazy. So, I tried this place - just to prove me right. However, I humbly admit: I got proven wrong ... This place is great! It has a nice variety of really good creations. I tried a bunch of them already (yes, I go there more often then I want to ...) and didn't get disappointed until now. I cannot even complain about the to-go-cups, because they are way better than I am used to from such places. Additionally, you have really nice people there who take their time to take care of you and your order, no matter how grumpy you look (I can look very grumpy before I have my tea or coffee...)....
